Why would you enter reits now? To win the same or at best 1 or 2% more? To high risk for such a small premium. At best i would look for housing reits that have been draged. But tbill and chill still rules
Wait until interest rates drop. Prices on real estate will jump up head spinning quick and will make high interest rates look cheap. Residential housing especially will become even more unaffordable.
