1. Sugar if we caremelize will the colour and taste be better? 2. If we add milk powder the process of boiling milk to make it ready for adding chenna could be of shorter time, I guess. 3. When you add chenna made with lemon, even if lime taste is being washed first, does that completely remove the scope for milk curdling?
