I get what she’s taking about with the lip oil. Lip oils are oily, yes, we know that. But usually they’re also supposed to have something in it that holds the product together on your lips so it’s not constantly slipping and sliding around. Something to make it just a bit thicker or more hydrating so that it actually coats your lips. Otherwise there would be no point In buying it when we can just use coconut oil.
Yall’ are really choosing to not HEAR what she said. She said the consistency felt like VEGETABLE OIL. I certainly don’t want my lip oil to feel like vegetable oil on my lips… Vegetable oil is NOT what a lip oil should feel like and it also shouldn’t be gel like. Also, let us not forget that REVIEWS ARE OPINIONS and yall’ don’t have to like nor agree with Stephanie’s opinions/experiences with any & all products!
I never thought I’d be debating over a lip oil but here we are 😂 TO ME, a lip oil is two things: High Shine & Hydrating. When I Google “Lip Oil” this is what comes up time & time again: “Not quite a balm and not quite a gloss, lip oils are essentially the love child of both. Perfect for those who struggle with dry lips, these nourishing tubes are infused with a myriad of oils that leave your lips with the finish of a shiny, tinted gloss, as well as the moisturizing benefits of a balm” The R.E.M. beauty lip oil felt more like a gel, had very little shine & did not feel hydrating on my lips. I know y’all ride hard for miss Ari, & that’s great! I’ve seen her in concert myself & adore most of her fragrances. Regardless of who is tied to a brand, I will always give my honest opinions on products because that is my job. Finally someone is honest about these products. I’ve tried them and it was such a waste. I didn’t like any of them and there are way better things out there
Yeah, the products are okay but you can definitely get better-quality products for the same price or less. REM Beauty just feels like a cash-grab and doesn’t seem like something Ariana puts a whole lot of energy into. REM never gained much hype after its launch and I feel like this brand will fall off in a few years because even now it seems like it’s mostly her fans buying it.
I ordered from them, they never sent one of the products I ordered, still charged me, and never responded when I tried to call and email to get it fixed.
i love diors lip oil & was excited to try rem beauty's lip oil, but i had to return because it was not my favorite. idk how to explain it, but it definitely didn't moisturize my lips, it made them dry😢❣️

y’all are reaching, they said it feels oily and everyone’s coming at it like “the OIL feels OILY 🤔” and its a terrible take because all oil is not the same. consistencies are different, it sounds like the intention is to have a hydrating oil but the review implied it could a slick consistency with maybe bad residue. not glossy balmy. literally that’s like comparing 2 separate things. with that logic i might as well use shampoo as face wash or conditioner as moisturizer 😂😂😂😂
Just for a different opinion from someone- I really like the eyeliner! My favorite liquid eyeliner was the tarte rainforest of the sea liner which is now discontinued. I like a smaller applicator and find it easier. I have struggled to find one I liked in its absence over the last 5 years and this is the only one I’ve bought a second time. Like the applicator, easy to use (imo) dark black color, doesn’t smudge or move all day. Only critique is that it dries up quicker than other liners I’ve used.
Personally the lip oil is in my top 3 lip oils. I don't find it like vegetable oil but i find it really nice. I think it's one of my favs from her collection

Why is people hating her for not liking some products of Ari's brand, not every makeup product is going to work for people, for yall to get mad at her opinion is immature, yall need to grow up
here's the thing about some of these comments, y'all are all saying that ariana fans are crying and be defensive yet i see none. also, different products work differently for different people. just because this person dislikes some of the products doesn't mean that another person will also hate them. products work differently for different people. i hate to see people bashing others for no reason when they try hard and work to make products for people to help them feel beautiful. ariana and her brand support doing things to help you feel beautiful and have one of the most, if not the most, inclusive shade range ever. i know that this comment is lengthy but i just hate to see this. i hope whoever reads this has a great day!

it's just certain ari fans, just like there are some people who are just rude in general. i am an ari fan and i love to spread positivity! but just saying all ari fans are like this is really not true.

I got the mint condition lip oil, I actually like because I have normally dry lips. Because I was recommended several times not to get her lip balm, I got the lip oil instead. And as long as I didn't use a lot, it worked pretty well.
I think that this line of Ariana beauty is perfect for like teenagers and tweens who don’t where that much makeup and not really for adults especially beauty gurus
Lip oil I’m guessing should be used at night. It moisturizes the lips barrier (great for winter) and leaves them soft. It is not for glam, it’s like the lip gel masks they sell at any dollar store.
I also did not enjoy the lip oils. It was one of those lip products that I could 100% feel going in my mouth when I wore it and it made for an unpleasant experience. The applicator was kinda cool because it was something I had never seen before but that’s about all the good I can say about it. I really hoped these would be good but they definitely fell flat

@@sagarella u can't generalize all celeb brands to be trashy and sell overprice stuffs, some celebrities could spend their time to research? find professionals to consult? I'm not Ariana Grande's fans or listen to all of her music, but her product got potentials.

You'll see quite a few positive reviews on the lip oils but honestly they are just SO bad first of all even though the metal ball is there for a cooling sensation it blocks a lot of product from staying on the applicator so you'd have to dip it in a few times to coat your lips, they also come in different shades yet they all look the same, they don't last at all on the lips, once you apply them after 2 minutes the shine and oil in general is completely gone and they are not that shiny to begin with not to mention the formula is quite thin, when you have it on you look like you've licked your lips but a bit shiner it's also not that hydrating for you lips, totally not worth the money in my opinion
You’re fully on point w the lip oil, it actually does use vegetable oil, which is really fucking weird, I can’t think of a single lip oil that uses VEGETABLE oil over the ones with far more benefits like coconut or vitamin e
I feel like most of the people complaining about her lip oil review haven't actually tried on lip oil and don't have much information on what it is and are just mad because she gave an honest opinionated review about their favourite celebrity's brand.
I recommend just getting the lip oil then adding in some like food coloring or like some juicy bomb. Also don't get the mint one. It has a very interesting taste
Well, I actually do have two of the oils which I would give them more like an eight out of 10 because personally I don’t think they feel oily. The only thing is they can dry out kind of quickly but I think if you want when you should definitely get one.😊
I own a few items, the lip and cheek stick should've been more pigmented, the liquid glitter eyeshadow was okay but really really really messy and hard to get off, I didn't get glitter off for days. Then the Metallic Shadows in the glass jar thing they smell weird and not in a good way. As someone who loves Ari I was super upset with the quality but not surprised by any means.
I gotchu girl... surely don't want my lip to feel and look like I just ate an entire greaseburger lol I have tried a few lipbalms where some are just oily and feels like vegetable oil as you said and greasy and looks awful, definitely not hydrating my lips are still chapped underneath the grease And a more proper hydrating one which gives a nice shine and makes lips nice and soft and feels nice Imma assume the vegetable oil thingy is like that awful grease balm lol
Lip oils are supposed to be hydrating. Vegetable oil is not what a lip oil is supposed to feel like. Vegetable oil just sits on top of your lips and feels gross.
I have the lip gloss and i disagree that it felt like vegetable oil on my lips. It felt really cooling and it there is absolutely no sticky feeling. Not everyone will have my experience but i really enjoyed the lipgloss
I agree about the lip oil. Like, I get it's an oil but it does not feel hydrating at all. It does have high shine though. Also, the eyeliner is absolute trash. The worst liner I've ever used.
