I won’t lie… I’ve posted some of my bad art pieces on my IG and I don’t really regret it looking back because my arts gotten better and I always felt like maybe leaving those there and letting others see it it would help them realize not everyone’s got great pieces. One of my traditional pieces I actually really don’t like but I put it out anyway because it was old and I never used references. But now I do and I want to recreate them so bad 😭

I love pinterest, it's like google (images and videos) but aesthetic, helpful, and it has beautiful versions of everything.

I love the “last photo in your album” sketchbook prompt because it eliminates the “I can’t pick what to draw” phase of the process. These were pretty great!

14:11 the app that was being used is called mental canvas. I’ve tried it out, it’s pretty cool.

The 3D-looking app is Mental Canvas! You import each layer onto a separate plane (or use their built in drawing tools -- which I personally find a bit limited) and then move the camera angle and position to place it into a 3D space.

I actually found really helpful art tips on Pinterest too! It's a lot more helpful & informative than TikTok tbh. Glad that you made a video on this!

the "draw a song" one inspired me so much that i had to try. at first i wanted to draw "the show must go on" by queen but i ended up just drawing freddie mercury. i spend almost an hour drawing and i am so so so pround of the finished piece. thx for making me practice
