Rating the Air Jordan 1s as skate shoes!
Before you say these aren’t skate shoes, they used to be super popular for skating back in the 80s. Just watch “searching for animal chin” on RU-vid and you’ll see Tony Hawk and a bunch of other pros skating them.
I love these because they’re durable and super padded. Not to mention one of the best looking sneakers of all time. This design has been popular for over 30 years and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon.

It’s crazy because you can’t even get mids where I’m at. They’re all sold out. I managed to cop a pair of crafted air Jordan 1 highs though. I used to have a pair of mids and honestly highs just look better especially if you’re a taller person

@ no offence but there’s a big difference between Bordeaux’s and the 1’s he skates in 💀. Bordeaux a more recent relatively cheap jordan 1 in the first place. Reps is how you can get the more expensive color ways

I have weak ankles and I love board feel and so jordan one highs just do it for me. Once you break them in they're just perfect and look good. Honestly best shoe for board feel and foot support imo.

I use a toothpick to apply crazy glue to the stitches… once it soaks and dries up, dipping it in the superbond just creates a drop on the tip of the toothpick and you can then apply it on the stitch. Jordan 1 SE’s are kinda like skate shoes. They might have a better toebox construction. Also mids are rarely counterfit so you can buy them without much fear. And the new jordan 4’s has softer side straps from rubber like the sb’s. I’m starting to skate a pair because my foot is healing from landing primo. I want to learn some new tricks but the process was getting painful. You can sometimes skate non skate shoes as long as they have dense tread. Zig zag patterns are great.

just get reps, if you don’t have intention to sell them just get reps, I’ve seen some high quality ones that run for a good 100-150 dollars. Nobody is gonna get down on their knees and check if your shoes are fake or not.

That 80's clip 💯 ! Strange how the mind works. When we are living the moment we just live and enjoy it but with the passing of time, looking back, you think about it and we'll never relive them again. Not being a pessimist here but I'm from the late 90's, early 2000's era of skateboarding. Those teens in the 80's skated those 1's like somebody picking up a random pair of vans today and not thinking about the value and just skating them till they can't flick no more.
