When BLM during 2020 started I was not well educated.. And was seeing a lot of the hashtag and commented all lives matter. I'm so glad I educated myself later and now am very thoughtful about what I say on the internet! Moral of the story : educate yourself about social issues before making a stance on the internet

fun fact! the term “BLM” was actually a thing for a while. not many people know that the tag was first made and quoted in 2012. Dude in my country (non-black) there’s a snack called “n*gro” it’s like a local oreo.. the taste is good but I feel odd eating it ever since I learnt one of my childhood snacks was another n word all along?.. it’s even weirder because unlike usa, my country doesn’t really have any discriminations against black ppl, there are few foreigners here who are black and they’re always welcomed nicely. (My country also has racism like all the others do, but it’s not directed at black ppl) nowadays I don’t really buy that snack cause I don’t wanna contribute to a racist product but they’re a huge snack company here, more like a corporation.
