Explains how to access the CDS (Calcium Diagnostics System) bar-graph on Rational SCC ovens manufactured 2004-2011. The video elaborates on interpreting its readings to determine maintenance requirements.
The ovens illustrated after the introduction are floor -model SCC-202 units. Countertop ovens have the hand shower (and drawer) located below the cooking compartment and are accessible once the oven door is opened.
