I have had my account locked because I was driving back and forth between my house and my sister's house a few hours away because I was pet sitting and they thought the account was being shared. It was basically up to the rep to unlock it. There was no actual process to confirm that it was or wasn't solely my account or my account at all. She just did the questions of like "what was the first skin you bought. What was the first champ you played" and I'm like "lady, that was 11 years ago. I have no clue."

I got into the smurf queue once and it was legit hell, teammates were super toxic for 0 reason like their puppy just died, and overall game quality was shit. I am not even that good at the game and i had to suffer through it.

So true about the smurfs though. Sometimes I play Intro Bots to get missions done and it's filled with botted accounts on your team (still after years XD "against summoner's code" btw but at Riot we won't do anything about it), when I check them out from the match history later on they've often been sold and some random wannabe is playing on it or already went next account after getting turbo stuck in high silver / low gold (most of the time, sometimes they make it to Plat or even Diamond, rarely stuck low masters). Always edgy name, always Katarina, Kassadin, Twitch, sometimes Riven, Evelynn, Yi or some other "now unleashed prodigy" on random champs or of course the duo abuse special like "Her King / His Queen" botlane. Smurfqueue is so disgusting, filled with losers IRL that do nothing but discord, twitter and lol and the worst is it's not just new accounts but also people that haven't played in a while that get put into it. My main that I last actively played on in Season 9 is stuck in smurfqueue forever. Last and this year I went into a few ranked lobbies to see who I match with, expecting Gold to Platinum elo because the account was low diamond, but it was exclusively smurf queue gamers and I don't wanna play with them because I'm clearly a bit rusty at this point and they will harass you for every minor mistake because they average 6 hours/day playtime while you average 5 hours a month. Unfortunate circumstance and it seems the only way out is forcing yourself through smurf lobbies until the system decides you've had enough.

Smurf que was the main reason I didn't make comeback for League after 1 year break :p I left my account with like D3 in S10, started playing on it in September, got 0-10 placements and playing with 100% smurf makes no way for me to get to know to game again, it's just miserable experience, no reason to play on account like this
