Satanic Panic is a really good job made by Ghost, and I absolutely loved how they used a female backing vocal on Mary on a Cross. I'm really praying for more of that on the new album hahah
I don't love heavy metal but this blend of musical genius has changed my thinking...the theater and subject matter is just too cool for words Bravo Ghost you have my allegiance
Jim, Your footage is the absolute best on RU-vid,bar none. Looks gorgeous in 4K and the sound is stellar! Oh........and lest we not forget the great video work you always get. KUDOS!
how much would it suck to be a security guard during this show? stand in the front of the show with the best seat in the house and have to have your back to the stage and not see any of it RIP
If you dig the twin solos check out Avenged Sevenfold. You probably have heard them before, but in the event you haven't really checked out their music, well worth doing so. I discovered Ghost because of A7X who asked Ghost to open for them on a tour way back. Particularly recommend the albums City of Evil, Nightmare and The Stage. They should be coming out with a new album, soon.
@@michaelrobertdolgon4680, thank you. I know about A7x, good guitarrists, too, great work from them. But I like guitarrists, like: Richie Kotzen, Zakk Wylde, Jake E. Lee, John Sykes, Reb Beach, George Lynch, and some 70's like Robin Trower, Pat Travers, Frank Marino, Ritchie Blackmore... I'll check out the albuns from A7X that you mencioned! Tks, my friend!
This is US right? They are not a very active crowd... I was at the Madrid show in December, almost at the front. The crowd was jumping and singing all the time (me included)
MrVeniceking sadly American crowds looks dead a lot of time, I really wish I can see them in South America or Europe one day, where the crowds look a lot more alive!
El Gordo Bandito it’s nice to hear that crowds might not be as dead as I thought they were! I usually don’t get that feeling of “dead crowd” when I go to a show myself, so maybe it just looks like that on videos because you don’t actually have the same feeling as if you were there, live, during the concert? The show must’ve been amazing though!
Some bands put together a harmony in production, and then the harmonies don't work live. I am incredibly impressed with how well these guys and gals harmonize together! No one skimped on the backing vocals here, you can tell!
It’s different musicians playing on the records they sell, well it’s mostly the lead singer who plays and sings on the recordings with a keyboard and drummer but the ones here do the live tours with him.
You can NEVER listen to just one song by GHOST. Once you start listening they're are just so many great tunes, and I always wonder Why GHOST is not played on the radio. Damn!!!!!
Can't wait for the day they'll come to Brazil again. Last time they did, unfortunately I didn't know about the band and now I'm obsessed with it in so many levels omg. Thank you for uploading these videos, it's actually saving me tonight 💖💖💖
i play guitar and this gets me so much. I love playing this song. I just noticed though trying to play along with the live version is different than the studio. If there are any other guitarists in here, please let me know if I'm correct. The studio version is played in C-standard tuning. However the live version sounds like it's being played a half-step down from the studio.
How do you get away with filming videos like this, if you are using a point and shoot small compact camera I would be shocked, I have to imagine this is at a minimum using something like a mirrorless or compact DSLR camera, but who knows these days. The quality is amazing and maybe times have changed now that half of the people sadly have their phones out the whole time, but I have seen a ton of your videos over the years (you have good taste in music, lol) and am just confused because I assumed that it was still the case that security people would freak the hell out if they caught you filming on anything 'professional'.
He is wearing a mask, yes. The singer of the band, Tobias Forge, has played multiple characters throughout the band's life. This current character is called Cardinal Copia. The previous characters were Papa Emeritus I, II, and III. They were all killed off, in the band's story, before Copia came in. There's more to it than that, but that's the quick version. lol
