I fell in love with Raul when he played Barba in Law and Order SVU-then I found out he had such a beautiful voice!! Now five years later, his singing still blows me away!!

I came across this about 5 years ago or more on RU-vid. I was looking for it recently, and I thought it was taken down.

When and where was this? Would so love it if he made an album. I’d buy it the second it went on sale ❤
