Ziejme vetem 5 min pasi qe nise te vloje!
Pergatitja:
Bejme brumin e pare dhe e pjekim ne 200 grade ne furre e parangrohure 10 min
Nderkohe pergatisim brumin e dyte!
E marim nga furra pas 10 min shprazim brumin e verdhe siper!
Ullim furren ne 175 grade pjkeim ne 25-30 min te tjera!
Marim nga furra e prejme te nxehet!
Hedhim sherbetin e nxehet mbi embelsiren e nxehet!

Bir limonun suyu!!
Siyah hamuru hazirlayip yaglanmis tepsiye dokelim!200 derecede onceden isitimis firinda 10 dk pisirelim bu arada diger hamuru hazirlayalim!
10 dk sonra firindan alip sari hamuru uzerine dokelim!
Firina 175 dereceye kisalim
25-30 dk kadar pisirelim!
Tatli sicak serbet sicak dokelim!
Afiyet olsun deneyeceklere!!
