I'm loving Raven's sound. Very gothic, ethereal. Puts me in mind of the wonderful Julianne from All About Eve. Really enjoyed the set at the weekend. Wonderful stuff ❤
Anyone who is criticizing stage presence, how they move, the way they do it: It's their 2nd or 3rd show ever. Just take your expectations and shove them. Raven and Persia are not part of whatever emotional damage you feel Gary caused you to be so bitter.
@@ryanhunter226 I have to agree with you. There is a section of Numan's fanbase that is horribly vindictive. You see them on RU-vid videos following video after video spewing out their bile. The irony for me being that Numan was mercilessly hounded by a bitter, vindictive music media when at his peak, and now everything he and his family does is slagged off by bitter and vindictive so-called fans who seemingly have nothing better to do with their lives. I was a fan since I saw Down in the Park in my local record store in 1979, but I've long since stopped attending Numan shows in the UK due to a lot of the fanbase being nut jobs. Of course, many are absolutely fantastic, but the oddballs put me off. Goodness knows what newcomers to Numan think when they see the rantings of some of the bitter haters who follow him, his family and his work around.
Not purposely criticizing, but these were cellphones recordings. It also has to do with how close you are to the sound source. Far as I know, not many people could sneak in a traditional 4K videocamera. However, this recording at least isn't overwhelmed by the bass in some people's recordings I've seen so far. I'm hoping her album release isn't too far behind. I, too, would love to hear it the way it's meant to be heard. til then, these posts are all we have :>
The whole thing looks very awkward , and quick lets get it done so we can go home .Obviousy they are young and nervous which is normal , maybe some songs with more life would help the performance , for me the songs are dreary .I know these days if you give your opinion its classed as hate , but in my book its called honesty .
