Now that there are so many openings on the view, I think RAVEN would be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT as a permanent co-host! She is absolutely poised, intelligent, beautiful, and articulate! An incredibly well-rounded woman; not to forget the younger demographic that she'd bring back to The View's viewership!
She gets more beautiful and wiser with age. When she's on the screen, she's all goofyness and laughter. But when she's being real, she really knows what she's talking about. I love her. I grew up watching her, Imma die doing the same thing. That's So Raven playing in my coffin 24/7 lol. Skinny or curvy, my crush stays intact. Wonderful woman, just spectacular.
i actually bought her self titled album in 2008 and i was 19 too! LOL i love her songs! i have all her singles from Disneymania and other soundtracks and i even bought a few tracks from her 2004 album "This Is My Time". i was even there during her childhood music days like her song "With A Child's Heart" and the ballad version and all of her Dr. Dolittle movies and her Zenon movies and her other tv show "Hangin With Mr. Cooper". yeah, i'mma Raven fan for life!
Yes, I agree please let Raven be a regular host for this show. It'll help bring in a younger audience and it would help lighten the mood (you know when they argue about politics and such) I know commenting on a RU-vid vid won't do much but still, that'd be awesome
I love Raven and I bought the This Is My Time album but she needs to promote her albums like she promotes her movies and tv shows. They always go to number 1. The self titled album (album #4) I didn't even know came out or had a single until a year after it came out and there was no video. And I follow Raven's career, I didn't even know that album came out. PROMOTION
I LOVE Gavin's voice & I'm SO Proud of Elizabeth Olsen. While i love Mary-Kate & Ashley, I love the fact Elizabeth had a normal life, went to college & then became famous on her own, just like Raven said.

I think the main reason why she did not sell that many albums was because it really wasn't advertised as much as her this is my time album i did not even know she made another album because i didn't see it until just last year and i am stuck on anti love song that song is amazing

Me too ^^' Sure separating herself from the "Jackson" name was its own struggles but by her third album when she got rid other dad as manager she was able to really begin ground work as her own entity rather then her family's name.What I was saying was I found the media more cruel into playing the idea of comparing rather then "people" itself having difficult seeing her anything other than a Jackson. But, then everything at the end of the day is all timing and pacing. And I agree whole heartily
LOL Raven talking about her record sales....she keeps it so real though, music doesn't sell like it used to. The cds she did with Cheetah Girls went platnium. Her album in 2004 sold over 200,00 records and Some Call It Magic sold over 100,000...so she didn't do bad.
I'm from Georgia i'm a southern teenage girl and I call people all the time Miss Such and Such.... I mean it's normal for us , so she can get over being called that
...*cont.* concerning Raven in the past 3 years I haven't met 1 Raven fan who knew when her last album was coming out. We all bought it late BC we didn't know the album was available. I think Raven may have type cast herself which is a bit shocking BC of the star power she got 4 That's So Raven she was able to have a more hands on w/ her last show but it was like T.S.R. without the physic powers, But I think Sister Act is a nice step and challenge for her! I want to see the production so bad :D
Barbara can get over being called "Miss." Raven's right. In Atlanta, ladies call each other "Miss So & So" ALL THE TIME!!! It has absolutely NOTHING to do with age. She can get over it.
Well actually her last album that came out in 2008 around the time College Road Trip came out was very mature. It sounded like something Betonce, Ciara, or even Janet would do but Disney only had ONE song off that album become a single and it was the most "kid friendly" song off the album plus it was already a single for the soundtrack of College Road Trip "Double Dutch Bus" smh SOOOOOOO many great songs that could have made her #1 but she didnt promote well enough and niether did Disney.
