@dvilstrider the sequence is posted under the replies of the comment of napstablooky by flashimitsu.

The first is "Tenshu Kuzushi" in his movelist. Hit 1+2 for Kincho stance, then hit 2 for initial attack, once Yoshi swings holding 1+2 will charge it and Yoshi will bring it back down. The "EYOOOO" is called "Cleansing Sword Yoshimitsu" in the movelist. Holding your d pad or stick up and to the left, now press 1+2! Note that Eye is in heat here, and in order to get these effects outside of heat you must start these moves in No Sword Stance. For reference 1 is left punch, and 2 is right punch respectively.
