The island has level 35 poison petal mobs so its not super easy to clear. Also last time I was there there were multiple people there at this point in the game. You would probably need to be at least 40 to comfortably run around there solo. You could probably find a channel where its not occupied but again the mobs are not super easy to deal with with all the poison damage they do.
