Combine this with coach Harbaughs complete inability to adapt in situational football, and you get a predestined outcome. The game either goes according to plan, or the Ravens lose.

Except the Chiefs did stop it. Look at running yards by play on the times it was a run play and not a Jackson scramble. Only 2 plays got more than 5 yards. Chiefs were mostly run blitzing the entire game, especially in the second half. Basically made the Ravens either throw to beat them, or get stuffed.

The Ravens players lack discipline, professionalism and intellect. This should have been their year. I don't think they can make it to the SB with these players.
I think the Ravens fans are being a little hard on the Ravens for not running the ball more. When you are behind in the game it's harder to run the ball because you're helping the other team because the clock doesn't stop between plays. The Chiefs did something uncharacteristic they ran the ball more then is normal for them. If both teams are running the ball a lot it shortens the game and that helps the team with the lead.

Telling my age here, but I've been a Steelers fan since the 70s. I remember Jack Lambert talking smack/ taunting qb's after he took them out. Back in the day, what Flowers did wouldn't have been a big deal. That being said, today's league-for better or worse-doesn't go for that stuff now. So don't do anything that you KNOW is going to be costly to your team. Between that penalty and coughing up the ball before crossing the goal line, Flowers effed up. Big time.
