Sv3rige is on the extreme side with his delivery, but he is spot on with much of his info, and has saved huge numbers of people from the vegan death cult.
@@Soyadrengene no I agree, but if your in a survival situation life or death your gonna eat some veggies to fill that void and keep your system running at least a little bit. I’m agains routine eating of veggies, but there are certain circumstances where it would be necessary.
This raw meat guy’s videos are phenomenal. He really is exposing vegans who are on deaths door and trying to help them by interviewing former vegans who now know better.
@@Kiyarose3999 our digestive systems are nothing like herbivores. Cows chew and swallow the same mouthful over one hundred times. Gorillas have a large cecum in which they ferment plant matter. Horses have flat teeth all the way around. Humans do none of this. We have a digestive system very similar to other carnivores and the pH to match.
He was really nice to you guys! I’ve watched him be so brutal to other families. But you guys do eat good so I’d hope his reaction would be like it was. And of course Theo is a beautiful healthy boy!
@@guilhermesilva4721 yeah, take parenting and nutrition advice from a guy who stabs children and almost died (and only got saved thanks to modern medicine which is so "unnatooral" and he despises) due to his insane views on nutrition at least twice 💀 imma trust studies and years of experience of healthy vegetarians and vegans from birth
came from Sv3rige channeland you are so far the nicest people he reviewed, loved how you did a response without acting in a patronizing and condescending way like vegans. Lovely family, congrats for the new baby
I love how all of this feedback that he’s giving just induces basically a “That’s a good point” response. Like you guys are so open minded and friendly. I love it.
Also humans have been consuming vegetable matter since before we began hunting and have continued ever since. For people to suggest the natural food for humans is meat I'd say try putting a baby in a play pen with a rabbit and an apple and see which one he puts in his mouth.
@@carolynabbott888 Early humans ate meat, plants, insects, fruits, flowers and bark. According to LiveScience, eating meat caused physiological changes which made today's human possible. Nutrients in meat were found to allow the growth of the modern human's bigger brains.
He would have critizesed theo if he would have thought he wouldn't look healthy, trust me. And that makes the kind things he said even more complimenting!
I’ve seen his reviews of other people and trust me, his review of you guys by far is the best one his done lol To have svr3ge compliment you to any degree is a big thin cuz he’s so critical of everyone lol The baby compliment was huge
I remember being out in Chinatown with the kids and my son wanted the "meatballs" on a stick and the lunch place. I knew they were testicles but so what. I bought several sticks worth for our group to share and other items we know and enjoy. We ate em all up and later, much later i explained that they were testicles, not meatballs. Chewy but still good. Didnt help at the time they were fried and we dunked them in sweet and sour sauce (this was 10-15 years ago - pre keto).
As someone who eats a raw meat diet i found this to be very wholesome and enjoyable. Very cool to see what your opinions on the raw meat diet and sv3rige are. Great video!
Little tricks for eating liver: I put the liver in the meat grinder and mix it with ground beef. Use it for lasagna, meat balls, burger patties etc. Also homemade liver pâté
I appreciated his outlook... I'm too soft, I couldn't do it by choice. He was honest in his critique, of course he said Theo is beautiful!! TRUTH! I think most of us have been engrained with the thought of "snacks". We really don't need them, but they can be fun. I'm trying to limit the "Keto" snacks and focusing on real nutritious foods, but I'm still in a weight loss mode, so I do incorporate KetoChow shakes and an occasional bar to keep my protein up. Thanks for your courage to review the review!! You guys are great!😄👍❤
"Toxic sticks of death" 😂 This is what I imagine kids whose parents force them to eat veggies feel like. Hahaha. Loved the video you guys. It was nice seeing a different perspective on keto. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
His salt input was very interesting to me, especially his comment about migraines. I have chronic migraine and follow a specific sodium/ potassium ratio diet called the Stanton Migraine Protocol. Science shows that migraineurs urinate out 50% more sodium than non-migraineurs and we need to have a lot more sodium than most in order to NOT have migraines. So with his view on salt, I disagree. My migraines have reduced significantly by following this protocol.
Yeah I disagree with his sodium comment. I am thirty and can count on one hand how many headaches i have had in my lifetime. I consume plenty of sodium. Never eat fast food though or chips
I find when I'm on Keto it's more of a textural craving. I buy super low carb wraps and bread so that I can occasionally feel that chew when masticating
Great video. Really enjoyed listening to your reaction and appreciate your open-mindedness. One of the major reasons why cooking food is so detrimental is because cooking destroys the bacteria that is needed to facilitate digestion. When we cook food, we essentially massacre our helpers. This degenerates cells over time and can lead to diseases of all sorts.
He does have a kid just had a son with his girlfriend about 8 months ago and they've broken up already she took the kid and moved home. Pretty sad hopefully they work things out so the kid doesn't grow up without a dad....He's been known for domestic abuse. I do have to give him credit he's gotten 100's and 100's of people off the vegan diet.
I think another aspect of this whole story relates to the question, ‘how “healthy” do we really need to be?’ Most people are following that SAD diet. Most Mediterranean are still eating lots of carb. We make a conscious effort to do a healthy lifestyle. We get down to the nitty gritty of the nutrition facts. We consume the right profiles of vitamins and minerals. We think about the way something is cooked and packaged and caught or harvested or the products that were used on the items throughout their growing lifespan. If we even just cut the sugar and flour from the diet we are doing so much good for ourselves. We are doing way better than the majority of society. If we start arguing about raw meat vs cooked or veggies being not ‘as’ healthy or should I or should I not drink the coffee then how actually beneficial is any of that? Isn’t the process of doing 95% of the healthiest diet good enough on the nutrition side when the 5% that isn’t the healthiest is because you care to not overthink, over fuss, over worry, over react about all of it and just live in the real world? Isn’t part of being healthy being relaxed mentally and physically and removing stress and having priorities and goal put into perspective?
I would love to see you guys react to one of his videos! Great parents who care about their kids are always doing what they think is best for their kids. You can really tell with Theo. I can't wait until baby brother will be another example of how much you guys care. Good job Momma and Daddy!
As a long-time subscriber I love watching any type of video where they talk about other people because its always fun to watch Matt back down and ultimately agree with the other persons opinion, even if it contradicts something he said 5 minutes earlier. Whereas Megha keeps her foot down and believes what she believes and the other person can kick rocks. LMAO. I feel like my husband and I are the same way, he's way easier to convince than I am.
The thing about Theo, is that you want a healthy chunky baby. When babies and toddlers get sick, a majority of them don't eat for a long time. It's only when they're like 5 and up, then you start worrying. But for Theo, he's fine.
Eating raw is unnecessary risk, he was in hospital twice due to food poisoning. But as for what is obtainable, carnivore diet is actually much easier then it seems (and you don['t need to eat it raw), your body adopts to it, and you have less cravings for other foods then you have on keto, so in the long term it might actually be easier for many ppl.
I agree. He also seems to be calling out other ways of eating as basically cultish, obsessive, wrong. I couldn't eat the way he does and he's just as fanatical in his way of eating.
There is militant style diets and social, sustainable diets. After 3 years on keto I go back and forth to keep it interesting. My blood work is perfect so I'm good with my strategy. Takeaway from today's video is DO YOU with research and application of nutritional science...
Wow I'm a consistent viewer of sv3rige, and after this video, I really respect you guys a lot. You're not "triggered" at all. You were very open minded and level headed in this reaction. I'll be watching more.
That was funny ! When he started talking about your child Megha had a look like she was thinking " the next testicles your eating is your own brain boy ! "
I know he's a bit crazy, but Frank tufano sells a ton of different organ meats on his website if y'all are interested in high quality organ meats like heart and veal brain. For the quality, I believe they are very well priced.
Gotta love how half of the comments are saying eat what works for you and then the other half are making fun of sv3rige for eating raw meat when that's clearly what works for him.
One thing that I noticed is that a lot of his comments were “oh, xyz is bad, it will kill you” but for me a quality of life without chips, tacos, and tasty veggies isn’t worth living! That’s why I like you guys, because you find the balance between nutrition and pleasure in food. I don’t want to be “optimal” I want to be healthy AND happy! 😋
That's the point though....people lean on snacks to make them happy or feel good aka " quality of life". But good quality of life shouldn't come from snicker bars and doritos, it should come from excersize and healthy mind sets and love to and from family and friends.
it was interesting to hear his perspective but i think more often i hear you both touting whole foods. I feel like watching you all and what you eat in a day vids show me that i am doing pretty good for myself cause it is pretty similar to how you all eat. and watching your vid with cronometer finally helped me whip it into shape and doing what i wanted vs giving up on it and going "fine i'm not tracking anything" also regarding his comment about salt i am one i do need the sodium cause my meds just leech it so bad.
So I tried the raw meat diet. Bought filet mignon. Thinly sliced, down it went. Forward, I exploded 6 hours later. I sleep in the nude, ruined a new Casper mattress. Walls, floor, like a crime scene but brown. 2 hour cleanup. Both ends, 20 hours of misery
I crave tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic vinegar and olive oil... after all tomatoes are a carb. People have different views of what healthy food looks like , you guys are doing great for Keto... keep up the good work!!! We love you guys!
I often wonder: "Do I really want Little Debbies or doughnuts because I want sugar, or do I just want the experience of eating those things again?" But are those the same two things? Do I miss the carb and sugar rush, or do I miss the mouth feel and crunch? It does get complicated. I love my low-carb, low-sugar foods and I look forward to what I eat every day, but I still crave Doritos and cakes.
I drink coffee. Keto coffee was a game changer for me. I have been able to fast longer. I love how you shop stores for keto products and give us reviews. I don't care about comments from a raw- food eating man. I hope you guys won't play his game. I like your show the way it is
“Hey kids we’re having processed lasagna with pasteurized cheese and toxic man made salad for dinner! make sure you drink your processed apple juice loaded with sugar which will give you cavities!” 😂
People's need for fiber vary a lot, in his case as from a nothren decent maybe not as much, but many ethnic groups feels great eating vegetable fiber, it feeds the gut bacteria.
Check how he looked before he started this diet. As a vegan and even as cooked carnivore he looked sick and talked like he had brain damage, his transformation to now is actually quite incredible
He's super extreme but to each their own. I mean even in the keto community there are kinda different "levels" where there's lazy keto, dirty keto, and healthy keto. Most of us can't do "healthy" grassfed organic wild caught etc etc. I know with myself it's different every day or week depending how I feel. Some meals are healthy keto and some are dirty and some lazy. I can't imagine doing some super extreme food lifestyle like his because life is too short.
Organic, grassfed, and wildcaught are rarely available in my country unless you raise the animals or vegetables yourself so I can never do a Dr. Berg version of keto. Lazy/dirty keto is still so much better than my old diet though. Avoiding sugar, carbs and seed oils is really doing me good.
I think you guys do a good job and represent what most “real”people might actually eat on any given day.. Any one that literally drinks blood on a regular basis is NOT someone I’d EVER want to model myself after. Jus sayin 🤷♀️
Nice video. I'm glad that you two are open-minded in regards to optimum diet and different perspectives. I respect you for stating that you're not trying to be perfect; you accept that you enjoy some snacking, somewhat fitting in with modern trends and recovering from the "western diet." I'm sure many people have comfort foods that they grew up with that weren't healthy. I would say that the salt intake and the nut waters are more detrimental than beneficial. I understand how keto can be a good compromise between our natural diet and what is promoted by society. Food quality is another big factor in regards to eating raw meat, since the cheaper, store-bought meats can be from questionable sources which are better off with searing and mild cooking. It is still a billion times better than veganism. If you get access to quality, pasture-raised, grass-fed meats/organs, then eating it unheated will certainly give the biggest benefit to nutrition.
Does he know no matter what he eats, he's going to die? Quality over quantity. I can't help but think people qho obsess and go to extremes over their diet are missing something important from their lives and are trying to compensate
What's amazing with this Raw people is that they don't need stimulant to have energy or be alert, like Coffee, Cocoa or any other drinks by todays modern food, I don't support them but it's their energy is amazing.
What I don't understand is... what is the obsession with eating the most "optimal" food there is? Like, what do you get? A year of extra life? Bonus points in heaven? Unnecessary stress and inconvenience in your life?
There will always be the over the top people in every aspect of life. Whether it be Keto, Carnivor, sports, hygiene religion, etc. This man does what is right for him. But just because it's right for him, doesn't mean it's a good fit for others. What he eats and how he lives doesn't mean he will live happier than you and I and it doesn't mean he will live forever. He might not die from obesity, but he could die from a bug bite reaction. There should be balance in everything we do. Thanks for sharing what you do.
Extremism in any form is unhealthy for the mind and society, it has also caused much unfair judgment and prejudice. He can take his testicular obsession and eat it. Ok...that last part sounded pretty weird but I find a little humor helps. 😂🤣😂
I hate that it seems like you have to be perfect with your diet these days. Most of the time I eat mostly whole foods and sometimes I eat more snacks. Sometimes I just want to eat for taste not because it’s the best thing to eat and that should be okay. We don’t live our lives like we did 1000s of years ago, so why do it with food. I have no idea what’s considered healthy these days. Everybody says something different.
We have to enjoy life without going overboard to the point that it will affect our health. I mean this guy just eats raw meat that's gross and u would have to pay me to do that. And what about salmonella and other poison this can cause?
Theo is gorgeous. I had two boys long ago back when I was dumb. Their bodies have suffered for my lack of knowledge as they get older. Your babies will grow up with this knowledge you pass on and then they can pass on. Great to watch you guys. I'm learning.
What I don’t understand is why anyone would critique or criticize someone’s WOE. Variety is one of the great things we have been blessed with in our short time on this Earth. I eat primarily Keto/Carnivore but by no means do I think my way of eating is the most optimal way to eat. I believe you have to experiment with different foods to find out what YOUR body responds to physically and mentally. Do what works for you and to hell with what anybody else says or does. Also for those of us that are foodies, we came to Keto to be able to eat healthier but also to create a sustainable way of eating that we could live with but also lose some weight without feeling deprived. I eat Keto/Carnivore 95% of the time but the Foodie in me enjoys a good pizza (I’m from Chicago so my options are endless LOL) and burger and fries from time to time. So at the end of the day enjoy life. People who are comfortable with their way of eating wouldn’t be criticizing someone else. I personally don’t care how the next person eats because they are responsible for themselves. I have a hard enough time trying to maintain what I am doing so I certainly don’t have time to be all up in someone else’s sh*t. Just my 2 cents.
What is disconnected about that? You can get heart at Walmart even. Granted, it’s probably not the best quality animal. But seriously, most places have a local butcher you can get organs from or you can order it online from various regenerative agricultural farms.
Wow what a Debbie Downer. I agree he worships his own lifestyle. Theo is the perfect baby! He chooses what his body needs. You guys are doing a great job. I need some Liver. I watched this while I microwaved my coffee 😅
For sure, vegans having low testosterone (due to their diet) is incorrect and there are many medical trials in this area to support this . It's hard to credit this guy as he seems to think that you can increase your testosterone levels by eating testicles which isn't so. It's a known fact that Roman gladiators stopped eating meat in a lead up to important fights because they thought it improved their performance. Our bodies are so complexed and often confusing!
No, get all that RAdio Frequency SHIT out of your house, including wifi, bluetooth, and smart appliances including smart tv's. Get a good RF detector and see for yourself the high levels.
You know, to each his or her own. I know eating low carb has helped me loose weight. I do not do Keto extreme. We know people that live well over 100 and healthy do not do any diet. They eat what they have in their environment and traditions tell them. Definitely fruits, vegetables and a little meat cooked mostly except fruits. Some drink coffee, some do tea, some whatever they have available. There are many other variables that influence health...how much pollution, water quality, religious practices, family , environment and stress and many more. Do what you feel comfortable with. Be happy, be amiable, laugh, always open to suggestions to change.
Never seen him before and don't plan to look him up. As for you, I will watch every chance I get. Funny, I was drinking my coffee while watching. I am 71 and never drank coffee except to warm my hands. Now I drink decaf with all the goodies in it to round out what I believe to be healthy for me. Some is processed, most is not. I am much healthier now with keto than I was 8 months ago when I began. I was literally thinking death was knocking at my door so what did I have to lose by going keto. Wow, I am so much better, mentally and physically. My next plan is by no means to go raw. I do like brains and eggs, liver and onions, heart and even kidney, I just don't feel a need to incorporate them into my life often. If he thinks you males should eat testicles then are we to eat ovaries, etc especially while pregnant? I never read any of that in any of my researching of foods eaten over the ages. But may he be blessed and shut his mouth on what we prefer to eat.
