Perhaps Mr. Pickford should have used more specific language in the charter then. These truckers are stopping commerce in Ottawa. Maybe they should let the counter protesters deal with them if the police won't do there jobs.

Didn't u see the cops smiling as the farmers cut a road around them to get the convoy moving again . in Ottawa they were bringing hot food to the protesters. When the hockey game broke out in Ottawa they were smiling and pretending not to watch . If they do any thing they can be fired and loose there pensions. That 1 rcmp that spoke up in uniform will be disapplend hopefully not fired . The rcmp will get a lot of bad press out side of canada. The Canadian government controls the press in canada with there advertising budget + the owners pay large amounts of to election campaigns. Most cops try to serve and protect between there unions and the government they have a lot to deal with. there are good and bad in every group . I told my guys to follow me so my other 3 trucks with my 12 guys that worked for me got out and lined up beside the police car .the officer got back in his car and called for help 5 police cars arrived blocking off the street and got out with there guns out .one of the officers with the guns out was a customer and knew me .he sead what is going on Paul. I sed going to work. Then I told my guys they could have a a smoke and 12 guys pull out a smoke and lite it .the cop sed do it again and told the rest of the cops to put away there guns .the cop I knew told the cop that pulled me over there going to work. The cop that pulled me over sed ok go to work. I told my guys ok load up and follow me we went to work. The cops fore a few years would ask the cop that pulled me over pulled over any construction companies lately. So they do have a sense of humor. Go freedom truckers convoy.
