Raw extended training videos 

Lots of raw training videos of me in the lead up to my Muay Thai fight in Phuket. I did a solid 1 month of training at the beautiful and knowledgeable YAK YAI Muay Thai in Phuket. Manage to nearly do every training which was twice per day, 8-10am and 4-6pm. Warm up, workout drills, bags, coach mits, clinch, sparring most days. Was super fun, made some great friends and learnt lots. 😎
