In sweeping and historic action, Gov. Wes Moore pardoned more than 175,000 marijuana convictions in Maryland. According to the governor's office, the pardons include more than 150,000 misdemeanor convictions for simple possession of cannabis, as well as more than 18,000 misdemeanor convictions for use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
