RAW: Lewis Prison whistleblower talks about why she came forward 

I was a Sergeant at Lewis Complex, Barchey Unit. I put in my two week notice in October 2013 for "Disagreement with Deputy Warden Currier over staff safety". Warden Boch and Deputy Warden Moody didn't want to here my complaints about my Deputy Warden. So I turned in my badge, ID card and walk out after 17 years. The staff shortages are real. Keeping the inmates happy is the first priority. Staff safety is a distant second.

Clean that place up. No crooks keeping crooks!!!

RIP We know she didn't commit suicide. Her death won't end this. They just made it worse.

Fix the damn doors!!! Fire the administration for dereliction of basic, fundamental duty!!!
