My laptop doesn't meet the minimum requirements for TIA Portal, so I'm using WinSPS instead. It's a good alternative for programming Siemens S7-200 PLCs with lower system requirements.

​@@real_ee I also wondered why you don't use other programming softwares. Anyways the project is great and easy to understand and still waiting for production line tutorial.

I don't have an actual PLC it's just a simulation. I am using WinSPS S7 for programming, the concept can be used to program any plc just the syntax will change

@@real_ee thanks for your reply. i wnt to develop delta robot with pick and place and camera integration using conveyor. your help would be highly obliged. we want to develop an industrial grade delta robot.

@@naren309 Hello, I have recently examined the delta robot you mentioned and have found that the closest resemblance to it can be found in the pick and place XYZ station within Factory IO. However, I would like to mention that my current programming tool of choice is WinSPS (as it support simulation without PLC), which is not a standard software for programming PLCs. Consequently, it does have certain limitations. Nevertheless, I believe it is still feasible to develop a program for the delta robot, albeit possibly not in the most efficient manner. Regrettably, due to my impending exam on the 24th of this month, I am currently faced with time constraints that impede my ability to focus solely on this project. My daily commitments, coupled with the time I spend commuting, leave me with limited opportunities to allocate to studying. That said, I assure you that I will make it a priority to begin working on the logic for pick and place xyz station next month, once my examination is successfully completed.
