Directions:
*Snip ends off green beans
*Place jars, rings and lids in hot water for approx. 5 min.
*Add a teaspoon of salt to water used for filling jars up.
*Cook at 10 lbs pressure for 20 min for pints. 25 min for quarts
*Once done pressurizing let the canner settle for at least 1 hour before removing lid.
*Remove green beans from the pressure canner and let set on the counter over night. You'll hear a popping sound which means they're sealing and you'll notice a slight indent.
*You can then remove the rings before storing. No NEED TO LEAVE THE RINGS ON. :)
