Few days before saw a video where a farm of papaya was being demolished, because the papaya was 2rs/kg so it was not profitable at all. Huge loss of labour, money, time, food and emotions of farmer.hope people starts to buy more locally produced veggies to support the local farmers 🙏

Good Morning aunty, tried this recipe today and it came out really well. Tasty 😋😊. Usually i used to add papaya once in a week. This recipe is so good. And i used kudam puli for this aunty? Is that ok with this?
We have a 4-5 years old papaya tree that grew on its own right in front of our kitchen back door. It has been extremely useful during this lockdown period. We make papaya parippu pulinkary, papaya thoran, ripe papaya juice, papaya ice cream etc. It is a very useful tree and is a must in every home. For those having space limitations, I recommend growing red lady papaya which doesn't grow too tall. Make sure to get the seeds from a good nursery or Krishi bhavan.
