I’m so tired of this woman. She let this man die while he was begging for his life & she taunted him. Then she milks the criminal justice system to buy herself more time. So glad the judge didn’t grant another contingency. Time to do your time, Sarah.
I think she deleted it because if you look how the detective leaves and she is staring at the empty chair in shock they got the recording I honestly think she thought she deleted it trust me !! Because she remembers flipping the suitcase
@@iveliserojas612finally, I thought I was the only one. Many ppl say she didn't remember. But she got very anxious pretty quickly & the way she kept saying "u can see, in my pictures" ... etc. I think she was surprised they had the video. Then if u didn't remember it, wouldn't u wanna see it? She "doesn't wanna watch it or she's getting sick constantly" , etc... However, never once does she say she is nauseous during this whole interview.. She also says "poking me in the back of the leg" ... instead of anything about a stab wound or knife wound.. we sure are hearing more about that now aren't we? 🤔 If she was so "afraid" of him, the threat is gone now, so why not be 100 with everything? All this proves she will fit the story around whatever is convenient at the time..
A snuff film ? Really? You are pushing the boundaries and being ridiculous. I don't think she meant to kill him. It's like a lot of people that get some power and don't realize that their callous lack of feelings about a situation can cause real harm to someone. People like that don't need to be allowed to have power over another human being.
@@lovelylyrics1687 Do you have any clue what you are talking about? Tamara isn't pushing boundaries, nor is she being ridiculous. Your words more describe your own comment. Have you done any research on this case at all or are you just spouting nonsense? It is a fact that Satan Boone made a snuff film. She most certainly did intend to kill Jorge Torres and she succeeded in her goal. Any rudimentary understanding of this case proves that Sarah wanted Jorge dead. This is based on factual prior history of both parties in this case, witness testimony, autopsy results, interrogation, prior policecam videos and more.

Exactly - no remorse- no sadness - no horror at her own actions - just justifications why she shouldn't be blamed for this murder. She's an absolute POS human being.
Sarah is a fascinating study of human behavior. The craziest thing is she has absolutely zero clue or understanding that she is. She is so unaware of her behavior or actions.
She thinks she is the smartest one in the room and she has lied and manipulated her whole life. So wild how her personality changes so fast even voice tone and infections when she is confronted with her own cruelty and evil behavior.
Exactly this girl is not very smart and if she had exercised her right to legal counsil (free) he would have advised her even before police questioning, here's the story...you were playing a sex fetish dominance type game and he willingly got into the suitcase and asked to be left inside not realising he could suffocate and neither did you realise that. You went out, lost track of time had a drink or two and when you got back realised he had suffocated and panicked. It was purely accidential death by misadventure. You'll be looking at 2-4 years max. Instead going with her story introduced pre-meditated murder with clear intent to murder. Now she's looking at life or the death penalty in some States. Dumb girl.
No normal compassionate human would leave anyone zipped in a suitcase when they are begging like that to get out. My stomach turns when I hear that video she took. She is evil.
She makes you feel good when she talks. Sarah is a God fearing women. May the Lord Jesus Christ guide your way 🙏! God guide your lamb Sarah to a NOT GUILTY verdict, like OJ simpson
It’s kind of hard to say she’s a battered spouse to justify murder when she’s here saying that they’ve had good days , and he was remorseful for his actions towards her . This interrogation and the video of the murder are clean cut evidence of her malicious actions that led to his death . Her attorney can be the best one out there , Sarah is absolutely FCKD
Yup, it’s a wrap for her! She has absolutely no chance in hell of beating this!! The guy detective has been all set with her and her BS from the jump!!! He’s looking at her with complete disgust, like he wants to just backhand her! 😂😂
Watching this you can tell the women is self centered narcissist and it's all about her. Plays victim. Manipulates and uses her ex husband and rather drink then work and take care of her child. She looks like she has OCPD and BPD disorders. Mental case.
Sarah was so used to playing the police and getting Jorge arrested after starting flights etc, that she thought she could do this with the detectives, but it didn't work. Now, she's tried this same technique with all of the attorneys that tried to help her, and wound up alone. She was glowing at the last hearing with her latest attorney because she thinks she won. She's an absolutely horrible person, and I think the alcohol just took her memory. Alcohol didn't do this, she's just as bad sober, if not worse
Dr Berry is doing an analysis right now! I think she has done other videos on Sarah, too. I don't know if it's about this interrogation or the recent court session.
Yes, it does and she recently turned down a plea deal where she was offered 15 years in prison if she pleaded guilty to manslaughter. She's a complete idiot.
Well she's claiming now that yes they read her Miranda rights but #9 question in miranda that your supposed to be asked after you've been read your rights is ..."now that you've been read your rights do you wish to speak with us?" She says she wasn't asked that and that these investigators jumped right into questioning her ...they also didn't tell her that she was coming down for questioning and that it was to come down and pick up her phone ...so this is where it can bite law enforcement in the ass when they don't do everything they are supposed to
@@lopez2011ism So it’s actually not apart of your Miranda rights to be asked that last question. I watched the hearing on it. There is no case law and that is not specifically mentioned in the constitution. Also this video doesn’t show her reading her rights but in the full video it does. The detective asked her if she understood her rights and she said yes, this makes the defenses claim that she didn’t understand what she was read, which is not true. Also the police don’t have to specifically tell you why they want you to come down to the police station when they want to question you when you are apart of an investigation. The judge denied her motion. She is trying to get the statement quashed because she knows it’s what’s going to get her convicted
@@joejacksom9831I think this evil creature beat him while he was in the suitcase. Or maybe it somehow knocked him out placed him in the suitcase and threw him downstairs
Ah. Accidentally tortured and killed someone in a horrific manner. Over time, while they beg with their last weak breaths. But without intention she says. Incredible.
“You guys this is killing me right now.” I bet it is killing you inside knowing you just rambled on for an hour about how everything was great and you didn’t do anything and they stopped you in your tracks by showing you that in fact everything was not fine and you absolutely did do something wrong.

Sarah’s case will be incredibly difficult to defend, let alone win. Her intoxication leads me to lean towards Manslaughter rather than Second Degree Murder, but it’s a very fine line and it’s clear by post-mortem that he was beaten or struck by something due to the bruising and marks on his body. The videos are damning. Granted she’s intoxicated and may not have made the same choices if she was sober, it still doesn’t excuse leaving him in there to die. It’s clear she wanted him to suffer in some way, regardless of intent to kill. They were abusive with each other; she was arrested and charged with Battery in 2018, and Jorge was 3 times in 2019. So her blaming all of this on his abuse won’t go over well with the jury. Very, very eager for the trial to begin.
Maybe her “intentions” weren’t to kill him. That would be first degree murder. She is, however, responsible for his death. And it’s funny that she “can’t remember anything” about that night and yet she knows exactly what she was and wasn’t supposedly thinking and doing. I can’t wait for the jury to witness this.
@@grngooseputter If you research this case and go deep into both parties histories, watch the policecam videos of all the times she called police to her home, listen to the testimony of the neighbors and her ex-husband, you would learn that Jorge's passing was most likely an intentional, deliberate death. But if you don't want to do that, you will find out during the hearing which begins October 7.
Her intention was absolutely 100% to kill him. You saw the video. It was plainly obvious Jorge could not breathe. Sarah knows as well as you do that a person can only live a few minutes without oxygen. Yet, she chose to leave a human being in a place where he could not breathe. Keep in mind that first degree murder is harder to prove, and especially when there are DV accusations on both sides in this case. Prosecutors also know what a jury will more likely go for, and they also realize the defendant and her attorney will lie profusely to cover intent, so they opt for the lesser, easier-to-prove-and-one-jurors-will-easily-agree-on charge. Based on neighbor testimony and evidence found at the scene, Boone likely either strangled Jorge Torres until he passed out or she may have cracked him in the head with a baseball bat. Either way, he was out of it. She mistakenly believed he was dead, and put him in the suitcase with plans to dispose of the body. But she couldn't lift it, so she kicked the suitcase down the steps, and the jolts caused Jorge to wake up or come to. Sarah was thrilled she had him right where she wanted him and in her drunken stupor, whipped out her camera to record what she had done. (How revolting that she is says, "Wriggle around some more" in that video.....) The hatred in her voice is obvious. She wants him dead because he wanted to end things with her, according to his brother. And since Boone is a controlling, abusive NPD Psycho.... no one dares to tell her it's over without paying dearly for it. After several minutes or maybe even 20-30 minutes at the most, Jorge falls silent and Boone realizes her goal is finally accomplished. She then places a call to her ex-husband -- the co-dependant Brian Boone who had always done whatever she asked -- because she needs him to help her get rid of the body. Ask yourself: Why would Brian delete that call from his call log? He told detectives he "couldn't remember" what Sarah said because he was half asleep. But why delete the call -- is he avoiding liability? Why did he take off work the next day and start calling her repeatedly until she finally answers at 12:30PM? She lolly-gags around a bit and goes out back to have a drink and a cigarette, but of course never attempts CPR because she knows Jorge has been dead for close to 12 hours...... When Brian arrives, he shocks Boone by finally drawing a line and refusing to help her get rid of the body. She is desperate, but when he instead orders her to call 911.... she has to quickly come up with Plan B, which is the now infamous false narrative: "We were playing hide and seek!" and "I fell asleep (forgetting he was in the suitcase)..." Both statements are obvious, bold-faced lies, as are the following repeated emphatic statements from Boone: "NOT intentional!" and "NO malicious!" As a pathological liar and based on her modus operandi, her claims of "NOT intentional" would also be a falsehood. People who believe Sarah Boone did not intentionally murder Jorge Torres simply because she repeated the lie so many times have succumbed to her frequently-utilized gaslighting technique, including you. The "If you repeat a lie often enough, eventually they will believe you" technique has been tried and proven.
One more thing. On the 911 call, Sarah states: "I PUT HIM in the suitcase...." Jorge was 5'2" and weighed 103 lbs. according to the autopsy. According to next door neighbors, the two had been fighting for hours..... Why would Jorge suddenly say, "HeyI I'm going to get into that suitcase because you told me to!" or "Let me see if I can fit into this suitcase!" He didn't put himself into that suitcase. It is common sense. Sarah did something to Jorge that caused him to pass out, and she put him into that suitcase......

The craziest thing about this interrogation is that she is DEAD SERIOUS when she claims she did nothing wrong. You took the life of a human being in probably one of the most terrifying ways to die. Like she tried on the stand to slip in that she was still drunk the next morning… to argue (which her lawyer didn’t) that she did not understand her Miranda rights. She will undermine her lawyer when she takes the stand. Cross will be gold!
The state will show this interrogation , they will show her video of Jorge last moments pleading with her. And I hope they show images and technicalities of how a person dies inside a suitcase, how long it takes, how it feels, what happens to your body, the long suffering. It will be justice for Jorge. These last 4 years she has been advocating for herself. I hope the state advocates for Jorge and does justice for him and his family.
She wasn't drinking. But lets just put it on the alcohol and call it a day. She excels at everything. She has always been a straight A student. Jorge had two fingers sticking out of the suitcase. Why was he bothering Sarah to let him out when he could obviously let himself out? Obviously he thought it would be funny if he just stayed in the suitcase and died. Sarah needed her beauty sleep. She ain't got time fo that!
It would physically be IMPOSSIBLE for a person inside a suitcase to be able to UnZIP the suitcase to get out. He cannot even move his body cramped into a tight space.
@@wackeyful Do you go buy engagement rings for your abuser? I know I wouldn't. My experience dealing with abusers, when you have your own everything, you have the control. And you do call the police, and follow the restraining orders. In the 2019 police cam, she asks "Will I get into trouble if I don't go to court". Which means she had no plans to have him prosecuted.
Right?! I was always so confused on that. She was very clearly drunk in the video, all she had to do was say that. “I must have blacked out on the couch and when I woke up, he was still in there and dead.” She would have likely gotten manslaughter. But she proceeded to INSIST she wasn’t drunk. She’s so against looking bad, she won’t even use it to keep herself out of prison.
@Autumn_Sunrise i was wondering why she was so adamant about not being drunk. She was CLEARLY drunk talking in that video. Which in my mind... would be an explanation of very poor judgement leading to this unfortunate ending
She had so much to do? She hadn't worked in two years. I marvel at my friends who have jobs and kids- I seriously do not know how they do this in modern life. Every thing out of her mouth is grandiose (narcissistic) projection and lies.
The one standout statement (to me) is: “I don’t think you realize who I am. I’m a straight A student, I’m an excellent mother and I excel in everything I do.” I’m paraphrasing for the most part but she actually believes what she is telling the detectives. In a video from 2019 she actually says Jorge is so abusive her son can’t even visit her apartment. That statement implies she prioritizes Jorge, her fairly new boyfriend in that year, was prioritizing Jorge over her son. Also, are we still using our grammar school grades as a bragging point when we’re in our 40s and 50s and therefore an excellent person???
The property manager actually stated that Jorge was the only one she ever saw Lucas with. Jorge played with Lucas and spent time with him. Sarah could care less about her son. Brian and the property manager both said that she is a horrible parent. So there's that.
I think something is wrong with this woman. She has consistently behaved the same way since the beginning. I don't know anyone that can fake that for long.🤷🏿♂️

Right. “I’ll give you five minutes”. The male detective asks 5 mins for what and the chick interrupts. I think she was newer. I like her. Hopefully she’s learned when to say nothing
I can’t bring myself to watch those videos again, but from what I remember the suitcase was flipped around in the second video. She probably flipped it, and maybe that’s how he got the lump on his head. Can you imagine what the neighbors will testify to in this trial? This lady should’ve tried to get a plea deal. Did you roll him down the stairs Sarah? Neighbours heard it. Also, how did the suitcase get down stairs? Usually one stores them in the upstairs bedroom.
I was thinking the same thing. They probably had the suitcase out but it was upstairs. He got in and she quickly zipped it up to make him “squirm” as she said in the first interview. She said she was butthurt because he didn’t look for her when she was hiding in the shower. She kicked the luggage down the stairs and then started making her videos of Jorge’s suffering.
