I am thinking of getting one as a dual sport, to do trails. Actually as a good all rounder. Not a top performer but it's as limited as I am. Reminds me of the original ducati scrambler. As long as you can control it well, the torquey engine must be fun. How much torque does it have?
7.8 kgf-m / 56.7 ft-lb / 79.5 Nm @ 3000rpm is the torque spec listed online. I thoroughly enjoy mine. These scramblers aren't the top of the line, the fastest, nor the most practical for off-road use, but you get the most bang for your buck outta these retro Yamahas!I really love mine and ride it like I stole it!
