This is a little behind the scenes, extended cut from our Fourstroke SuperJet vs. SXR 1500 video. Watch Jake Rozelle try the 2021 Yamaha SuperJet for the first time around the track at Body Beach.
This 2021 Yamaha SuperJet is completely stock as we got it from the dealer, except for upgraded tray mats and a fresh Pro Watercraft sticker on the side. This ski has a 1050cc fourstroke motor made by Yamaha, and is the first fourstroke stand up model that Yamaha has released.

Can these things freestyle at all or they almost exclusively made for buoys? I swear I cant even find one video of someone doing even a nosestab. I know you cant backflip them but do they have any freeride/style value or is it basically a SXR in a different class?

They are definitely better for freeriding than the SXR 1500, but probably still a little too heavy for flat water tricks compared to the two stroke models. If you get it on some decent sized wave booters you could probably get a stab out of it. We have seen a guy flat water roll a 1500, so anything is possible.

@@ProwatercraftCOM Yeah Takaaki Murao could probably flat water roll a Yammy Svho! I have my deposit on a 2021 but I have a SnSj right now and hesitant to sell it because im worried I wont get the same fun value out of it.

@@milesandrews146 definitely very different that the previous models. With a couple bolt on parts it's a fun play ski. Out of the box it needs a little love.
