I’m 62 and vegan for 7 years. I just started my raw vegan journey last months. I am doing the 80/10/10 diet if 80% raw fruits and vegetables, 10% nuts and seeds, and 10% protein (beans, legumes). I’m going to do this year-round. Because I live in Pennsylvania which is cold in winter, I did not think I could sustain a year-round raw diet. But this 80/10/10 diet is totally doable . I have a fruit breakfast, then a veggie sandwich for lunch, then miso broth in the evening, then herbal tea at bedtime. I’m going to get this raw wrap for my veggie sandwiches. Thank you, Tab, for this video. ❤️👍😃

Then when I want Olive oil I can just spray it on whatever I want. I can control the amount and what it gets on. God-bless you.

I love coconut wraps. I’ve used them when I’ve done a week of raw food. And when I worked at a health food store in my 20s, I learned to use seaweed flakes for salt and cayenne for black pepper.

I throw all types of things together in the kitchen! Amazing quick meal, Tab!
