@@annapichler2872 exactly. A friend of mine had some form of mild salmonella (I don't remember the exact term) and the doctor told her that for three months, she could *only* eat rice, no salt or pepper, no other foods, no fruit/vegetables.

Never eat raw chicken. Even the salmon was truly dangerous unless it had been frozen in order to kill bacteria.

Honestly adore Charles realness in this video💙 When he talked about the food pantry I felt that. For a while we did food pantries because we didn't have much money. We still don't but we don't need food pantries anymore. It's great to have people you look up to that are not only funny but real with people💕

There’s a thing called salmonella that you can get from eating raw chicken and not all raw fish is meant to eat. Only certain salmon is sushi grade
