This song has been stuck in my head since it was dropped Newgrounds almost two decades ago. Thank you for this masterpiece just in time for the remake.
Fun fact: when we see this scene where toad is playing super Mario RPG, the newest version sees him playing on the Nintendo switch version, while in the first version, He's playing on the SNES version

While the remake looks better, I do prefer some parts of the original. Like the way the frogs point their finger to the beat of the music, or how the characters split into much smaller pieces at 2:07.
You can travel to get the Star Pieces, battle Smithy’s goons, and perform Triple Moves with Mario and friends in Super Mario RPG. Available November 17th, only for Nintendo Switch. Rated E for Everyone.
The song is still a bop and i get the fact that Niosi is focusing on his VA career. But man if you were to ask me the difference between both versions i'd guess 2-3 years of art improvement max. A bit of a shame that Kirbopher stagnated very hard in the art department, especially since he went to art school in between both versions.
The fact that comments says the same thing over and over and over again, once in each comment is frankly unacceptable. It always bothers the heck out of me.
I prefer different things in each, the lyrics in the remake are much clearer and cleaned up (personal preference) and Luigi going full rap master is just awesome.
Hey thanks for letting me know, I created the video one night because I loved your animation so much that I felt like comparing your work to your new animation. My purpose was not to steal money or content in any way but to have a way of seeing the differences between the two videos. My video is in no way creating money, I also have credits to your animations linked in the description. My video was also not a copy of the comparison you made as I created this one day before not knowing that you would release one either. If you still feel like I should remove the video let me know and I will comply otherwise the video will remain up. Thank you.
For sure, I promise I’m not mad at you or anything. I know that usually re-uploads like this, or not done with any kind of malicious purpose. However, some of the income I live off of comes from the ad revenue I make off of my animations, so, unfortunately videos like this do take away from the views, I could be getting on my own upload. I’d appreciate it if you took it down, but I still very much appreciate that you enjoy it!
