Rawlings Hall Move-In Procedure 

Welcome to Morgan State University! We are excited to welcome you to your new home at Rawlings Hall. Here’s what you can expect on move-in day.
1. Start at Checkpoint #1: Lot U - Access Lot U via Argonne Drive. Show your move-in notification email, which includes your designated check-in day and time.
2. Receive Move-In Clearance - Once verified, you’ll receive a color-coded move-in clearance sheet. You will be directed to park in the line queue for Rawlings Hall. Groups of ten cars will be moved from Lot U at a time.
3. Proceed to Checkpoint #2 - Show your color-coded move-in clearance sheet to the Morgan State University team member. After verification, you’ll be directed to the unload zone for Rawlings Hall.
4. Unload Your Vehicle - Upon arrival, the move-in crew will unload your vehicle. The driver must remain in the car during this process.
5. Parking and Shuttle Transport - Once unloading is complete, the driver will be directed to the parking garage located on Stadium Way. Shuttles will be waiting to transport drivers back to Rawlings Hall.
