@valdjoe most probably he is referring to the french graffiti crew Selling Drugs to Kids, that have this tune during their bombing clip with Wríters United Fucking Crazy/Football Club in the first friendly fire graffiti documentary. His referrence to PMS army, strengthens my believe that this would be the case.
