I was just debating this same topic with my homeboy about his job. He had to fire the hotshot performer for getting too out of line and he (my homeboy) was asking me if he made the right decision. I said he did because the members of his team that the hotshot was trying to run off eventually stepped up and started performing after he was gone. I get what Ray is saying, though about the QBs, but ya gotta consider how keeping the disruptor around is going to affect the team long team
Loved this talk, Ray Daniels is going to continue to grow giving it up like this. He was right about mental position cuz a lot of us have resources & have positions but not the mentality to change the paradigm. 💪🏿
Yall are about to see after all those years of being taught this. You about to see why Ray mentality will backfire in the end. Ray is a follower and he's living out the predator like mentality some of those used to get ahead. Y'all must think and listen to your gut!!. Ray isn't wise for us to follow. Keep watching the game is about to show you how some of them REALLY got ahead. Ray kept a lot of secerets of seducing, using the youth to get somewhere. Hardwork may not seem sexy, but it will keep your hands clean and conscious clear. That is king in the end too!!!
He's not a rider truthfully. He has been compromised and taught to justify turning on his ppl for the sake of monetization. Just like Steve Harvey. Ironically, this is what's being taught in corporate America and higher learning institutions.
He’s a follower who already sold out. He such a super Jay fan he wants to use the same practices Jay and others were taught by the white elites over them. That shit not for our people nor does it help us
When you come from a place that never informed to distinguishes the types of opportunities that involve decency, morals and accountability as a person first whether in every day life situations or in business then you will do anything for pay. Using many scapegoats.
Ray most haven’t heard Turk music promoting black on black violence. Hit Boy tour all about degrading black Queens, drugs , guns , worshipping money and being a player/pimp ⏳🔥
You have to have both. The moral compass is way lower compared to what you can capitalize on. Hell, the worst the morals, the more money you can make. There are things aren't negotiable when it comes to morals.
Nah, I get what he was saying and he has a point. Going back to the investment scenario he started with, it's not an investor or business' responsibility to tell people to eat healthy. That's a personal choice, so the person investing in the company selling the unhealthy food can be free of shame or guilt because they aren't forcing anyone to buy their products. Of course, this is different than if a company is lying to consumers about the safety of their products, for example if the company selling the unhealthy food makes the claim that the food doesn't contain harmful ingredients when they do.
Ray is trying to do a dame dash on the breakfast club on b high show .Difference is dame is all about ownership but not selling out your people to get ahead you would have to model yourself after jay z in that case.
@@marcus27886 I ain’t missed no mf point I know what I heard! Yall always act like we ain’t did no research I know what I’m talking about! Now go do some research I’m a grown man I feel how I feel my boy
Ray likes to talk to hear himself talk. He asked a question then interrupts when b high doesn't conform to his way of thinking. And he threw a dig by saying that's why you're a podcaster and not a venture capitalist. Ray's a snake oil salesman.
He's saying that it isn't necessarily a business' responsibility to dictate or influence a person's lifestyle. Going back to the investment scenario he started with, why should the prospective investor feel guilt or shame in investing in the company selling the unhealthy food if the company isn't misleading consumers or forcing them to buy their products? Those consumers made a conscious *choice* to buy the products. Just like smokers can no longer sue cigarette makers because they notify consumers of the risk of smoking and they smoke anyway.
