Honestly props to Ray C, the fact that he considered every if not most factors into consideration including his bias this is an honestly good list. Don’t hate on him cause like he said it’s for content and in the end it’s his opinion.

Tierlist looks fine, but i personally want to see Mr. k, Mr. Lang, Marty, Flippy, Speedy, Tommy T in the same car to go rob a bank, content of the century and probably scariest 6 man to mess with in the same car(all leaders of their own crew), it should literally be an event in the server

Hydra and CG are the strongest, but god damn CB is just overlooked now.. Ray and Rust, Marty and X with GG, Lang with Cerberus and is the only person running H, Tony is Turing redline from a race crew to its own crime family, not to mention now working with Michael Simone. But CG will run the server just due to its organizational work and effect on the city

There's imo too much focus on war power. All of these groups also aren't typical southside style gangs where they focus mostly on holding turf, selling drugs, warring each other and shooting cops. You also have biker gangs or families. So you can't really compare a biker gang with a family and a typical gang or maffia. Angels for example are a family. What they lack in war power they compensate with connections, influence, their drug game, washing money etc. There are so many millionaire Angels members. Their RP also bumps them. You don't need to be a war powerhouse to be in a higher tier imo. If I was making one of these lists it would consider all factors. Angels would imo be on A-Tier because not everything is about war. Mandem would be A+ for me. Same applies there. While CG would be S+ and BBMC would be S. A Hydra would be A tier for me. What they lack in RP they compensate with war and influence. Lower tier gangs imo are groups like the dons. Their RP doesn't influence much. Little presence in the crim world. When I do see something about them its someone getting the 9s. While a group like Marabuntas would also be A or A+ tier for me. Their southstyle style gang RP is legit. They even have rules against working civ jobs.

Update Ballas just lost 4 members and most of them were the OG's GG went equal with Hydra, Got 4Head, Drip jonined, Ming is gonna be free agent for some time but he already is GG for the most part, Mari,Julian propably wont join or might join and be part of both gangs just like Flippy, Wane, Mgl,Jaylen etc Ty is also hanging out with GG and propably join later down the line With that GG is going to high A or maby at some point low S is on the horizon

for BBMC, dundee/whippy makes absolutely everything revolve around him, like even if theres stuff going on with other members, the dundee char will start screaming and twist things around to constantly make it revolve around him again as either some boo hoo hero or the villain causing massive debts and trouble for the club, even if it hurts them in the long run lol

Hydra doesn't deserve to be that high anymore after getting 0-3 KO'd by 3 GG with pistols. also, it wasn't even GG's final form yet, and Hydra already crumbled and asked ST for help; that is definitely not A/S-tier behavior. as a group of shooters with more experience than GG, they shouldn't lose composure so easily.

It was 2 pistols 1 SMG, & you are basing it off 1 day of fighting when Ray is basing his opinion on more than just war. Also wasn’t hydras main people. Asked ST to get involved only to clap them whenever hydra isn’t on since hydra is usually on mornings not degen like GG. Yes they clapped them and played it really well but again this list is based off of RP, Power in the city, and capability of the gang.

cb in theyre own category are S, buddha and harry are cerberus, tony and goofy redline, marty and x gg, ray with rust, yuno and marty the best hackers, mickey is the mayor(the older ones that dont hang around too much also are big ppl), power, respect and rp wise theyre cg level, but its such a heist centered group that has been proved to almost not exist when those aren't happening so in a gang list yeah A or B.
