Think Suki still trying to inspect the new clan member. It's unlike the lion pride where everyone are related to each other, so they know each other from beginning. While Suki needs to learn to know who's this new member when it's not her baby potats or someone she knows.

Don't admonish Suki if she growls when you are patting Raya... make a point of patting here as well otherwise she will feel as if she is being replaced.
Raya is such a sweet lovable little puppy. Her little tail up in the air pose tickles me.💜 Itseems Shiro is good with other puppies as long as their not his🤣 Suki is definitely Mrs. Pastaz right now. She will calm soon

Michelle Shiro is best with females he does not see them as a threat to his domain or with Suki's attention but he did bond with the potats once he started to see that they looked like him and once they were a bit bigger he just had to teach them lessons every doggo should know to make it out there it was his duty as daddo he was trying to find a balance between daddo and Friend to them plus when they were born Suki paid all her time to them and he was not supposed to go near them as she was protective and he did not wanna stress or upset her its all natural I think and Suki also taught them to kick booty mostly daddo's kidding just kidding love you Shiro ta big Potat you LOL
I see in this video that Raya is little by little not letting herself be intimidated by Suki. Still submissive but I think she will eventually be a force of her own!!!
It was so amusing when Suki walked in her little enclosed space when she was trying to drink and immediately went into patrol mode again, and Raya made a show of leaving to get Suki to follow... only to go back inside the moment Suki had left XD She's very clever!
Think Suki is doing very well. She is bound to feel threatened and jealous. Suki needs to feel higher up the pack than Raya. They may even have a fight at some point - it’s natures way - best to fuss Suki first- then she doesn’t feel threatened by Raya. Don’t forget they see the world according to dog law not human law.
@@dmanc85 she spoiled Kiki, gave her affection, and protected her to the point she was ready to fight Shiro just for looking at Kiki but with Raya she is doing the total opposite she is asserting her dominance by following her and getting really close to her when she's laying down.
Nope, the wolf research is bullshit. That alpha/beta nonsense is based on wolves in captivity, not in the wild. Even the guy who did that research admitted that natural wolves don’t act that way, and pack hierarchy only exists because the senior wolves literally gave birth to all the younger members.
@@ArnoldQMudskipper Lmao, they’re not wolves, so that question is irrelevant. Point is , the “alpha/beta/omega” thing is not a part of wolf instinct, it’s a situation artificially induced by humans, so you can’t say that dogs inherited that non-existent instinct. Wolf packs only have a hierarchy because they’re a family structure, not because that’s how wolves organize their non-familial packs.
Everyone needs to give it time. Please be patient. The Shiba's need to to acclimate towards each other & need time to get more acquainted. Suki is use to being the head female. She will calm down more once she realized Raya is not a threat.
@@ileana823100 it's a matter of feeling and emotion and not what is the norm in the canine world....Because neither you nor i have experienced it. We can only extend and extrapolate our feelings. And I do know because I have been taking care of them for some nine years now.

We have to be patient & let this family welcome Raya into their fold. She belongs to this family, not ours, & we really are in no place to judge & tell them what to do. They are not novice at this. They've owned dogs & know exactly what they are doing. We have to let them mesh.

That’s funny she’s still trying to figure the new female dog out; she’s somewhat threatened by her new position in the family. It’s just like any other female friend relationships at first; we want to know who’s the new chick and what everyone sees in her that is so special; so when one of you hold the new puppy you will notice how she runs up and get closer to your husband or you. She’s trying to make sure she isn’t being replaced by the new puppy. Even though the new puppy has shown submission; she’s still making sure the new puppy isn’t a threat to her position in your family. It’s ok as long as the new puppy don’t become overly disturbed by being followed. The best way to get the female dogs to start bonding just make sure she understands the new puppy isn’t going to replace her by showing love to them both at the same time; meaning hold both female dogs at the same time after maybe 3-4 times of this; she will let her guards down so that she can enjoy the baby puppy too. She loves her but not yet for sure of her yet. It’s very common with the same sex animals that are new to the pack. Male dogs do the same or they even fight to see who wins and that would than be the more respected dog in the pack. Remember most animals run in packs; so it’s ok if she follows the new puppy she is making sure she understands she’s being watched for awhile. Don’t worry she will eventually understand the new puppy isn’t going to replace her but she is apart of the pack now. Females don’t take to easy sharing with other females but just keep reassuring her that the baby puppy is adding to your family not taking away any attention from her; because she’s licking your husband and you to show she is still there. Just continue to make sure she understands you both love her the same. She gets that the new puppy needs more; she is just showing she’s extremely insecure but the new puppy is holding her own just fine.😇❤️👍 Love it very beautiful dogs! Think of it like this you just brought a new baby home from the hospital but your other children is now trying to understand her role in the house now😁
Suki is not sad it's just the opposite she is letting the new puppy know who is in charge she will ease up in a few days like Oliver said this was natural behavior and Raya was in no danger from either bigger dog. Heck Shiro was just happy she was a girl not another insolent one Aka Another Boy LOL
Looks like someone is jealous of the attention from Pop#2. You see Suki saying "won't forget about hugs for me too"? All three looking for love from Pop#2 at one time (LOL)We know Shiro thinks he's Pop#2's favorite. He made sure he got his affection also from Dad#2
Our Shiro is sooo much in love with our Hooman #2....and I feel that our Princess Raya is starting to fall in love with Hooman #2 too... soo sweet our Hooman #2 helping and telling Raya how to climb the stairs...BTW, what a lovely and flexible is our Princess Raya !! 😍🌷🥰🌼😘🍀🤗🌻👼🌺🎀
Feeing l sorry for Raya ...learning to be submissive and trying her best to impress Queen Suki...and I hope the tables won't be turned on Suki once Raya comes into heat......difficult days ahead for Suki..
@@rituparna801 what I want is immaterial........the fact is Raya is already in Suki's life and it is quite obvious that Suki is not taking it easy as she knows that only one can be alpha... For me Suki is the Queen and will remain so....she is beautiful, graceful , intelligent and most importantly very kind...... kind enough to give mother's love even to a bunny and allow her near her new born potats ..Yori and Mashu.,.personally I don't want any one to replace or sideline her...but does it matter what we want? Having said this I can't help but feeling sorry for this new puppy who is seen struggling to establish herself in her new home with a dominant female checking her every move....
@@sowbhagyadurga8318 Oliver said all the 'inspection' will ease off after a few days. That's how animals behave when a new one enters their territory. It might not matter to the world what we want. But it matters to me what I want. And I do not want Suki to be replaced. Yes this will not matter to the world. But This matters to me because I want it. And at least I am brave enough to admit what I want to myself. And that's most important to me. Because I care. I care about the world, I care about Suki, Shiro, all potats, Raya and I care about Suki's feelings too. I do not want that my wants have to be accepted by everyone. But if you talk about whether it matters? yes it matters. It matters to me. Because I know what I want it pure and genuine to be mattered.
I love that Raya RESPECTS Suki but does not FEAR her... I think she will be a great Sister waifu and Shiro will be living the good lyf wif his 2 lobly waifus 🐶👑🐶💕😍
