Raycon Ear Buds: Reset and Synch SOLVED! 

My friend. I want you to know that I stopped using this exact pair of raycons because of this issue and I couldn't find a fix. Today I broke one of mine while riding my scooter so I searched for this solution. I'm in a park right now and this fix worked perfectly. This works even with 2 different earbuds. I had two pair of Racon E25 Pro earbuds, a black set and a blue set. I lost the right black one and the left blue, leaving me with an unmatched pair. Fortunately this method allowed me two pair each of them together making a working set again. Awesome, thank you so much!!!

Yes!!!! A million thanks. I spent hours trying to figure this out. I watched other videos that suggested closing the charger/case lid with something in the case to press the buttons. But NO ONE told me I had to disconnect the buds from my phone/device. Thank you!!!

I have literally turned my bedroom upside down to no avail. So, I just wrote them off🙄thinking I’d officially LOST MY MIND. Then, I just happened to be looking in the container that holds my paintbrushes. I keep said container in a large caddy with my paint stuff. I KNOW YOU POSTED THIS SO LONG AGO BUT THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU. My raycon earbuds went through both the washer and drier, and only ome of them would connect. This fixed it. Youre better help than the actual raycon company

The ear buds recharge very similar to my hearing aids. The charging case has 2 small contacts that have to connect to the ear buds contacts for charging. I’m assuming that placing the buds in the case turn them off and start the charging process. If there’s anything on the contact points the buds won’t hook up properly- I found that to be the problem with my Starkly hearing aids not charging fully. I’m assuming that putting cotton in the charging case forces the contacts together. Try cleaning the contacts with alcohol- works every time.

Took several tries. As well as turning them on and off repeatedly. But they did pair together eventually.

I have tried this method, there is still no sound on the right side

I've tried this a hundred and 1 times and it's not working. I've followed the directions seamlessly. I just got these like a week ago and they're not paired with anything currently but when I look they show up as two separate devices, each ear bud

My earbuds stopped playing sound randomly, the Bluetooth was connected, the sound on my phone was working fine, the earbuds were making noise when I turned them on or off but they refuse to play my music, I don’t know what’s wrong and I don’t know how to fix it and the factory reset did nothing
