RAYCON EVERYDAY EARBUDS - Are They Worth It? 

I've had my raycon buds for about 8 months. Yes the 36 hour charge is accurate. You can charge the shell absent buds. I sometimes have connection interruptions which require a reset: shut off bluetooth, power off buds or restart phone and place buds in case. Overall it was a huge performance upgrade from my bose sports. For the $ they are very good. Excellent for movies. I bluetooth to tv for immersion.

Very well done Bradley. I've been curious about these too, as a lot of RU-vidrs will run ads for these on their videos, and they all pretty much follow the "company line" and say they are "amazing" but don't actually tell us anything about the product. Good to know they aren't trying to sell us trash-level products, but that they are actually very decent for the money. I am much more informed, and the Raycons come across (by your analysis) as a worthy consideration for the price-conscious buyer. I do watch some "audiophile" level RU-vid channels, and they say they aren't that good for serious listening, but I think for the majority of people using these to listen to music played through their phones these will be fine. 🙂

Thanks for the Review Bradley, I have been checking around lately for a new Set of earbuds for myself. Having seen your Review I know these ones will definitely not work for me (mine are mostly for sleep related reasons, gotta have superior noise cancelling) but as an every day use sort of thing I might give them a whirl. Can't beat that Price Point for a casual use Wireless Set I think and that sort of Battery life is something I am interested in. . At the moment I am using some Bose Quiet Comfort II earbuds and they are great but only last about 5 hours total with the Noise Cancelling Mode turned on. I would love to get a set that have a smaller exterior 'Profile' to avoid pressing against my ears when I sleep.

I’ve had mine for about 3 years and I can say they are well worth the money. Never had a single problem out of them.

Tried typing this before but it disappeared before I could send it. I like the earbuds. I actually got their over the ear Everyday headphones first back in July 2022. They were my semi last minute replacement for some worn out Wired Beats Solo 2 headphones. I needed some headphones before heading on vacation and Raycon was affordable so I took a shot. Throughout that summer I had a good experience with them and a poor experience w some cheap earbuds I got during amazon prime day. That led me to get the everyday earbuds in sept 2022. Prior to the Raycon buds, I mainly used earbuds 1 earbud at a time to watch a youtube vid or listen to a podcast. Very rarely did I use buds for music as I prefer over the ear headphones for that. That may also be due to not having good fitting, solid quality earbuds in the past. I still prefer over the ear headphones for music listening but I have found myself using these earbuds more frequently than I would have in the past. I am also more prone to listening to music w these earbuds. Mainly during times when carrying the less portable over the ear headphones make less sense (ie going to dinner, an appointment or an event). I think the sound quality is solid at the price point(15%-20% discount codes and sales are always out there). They don't have active noise cancellation but once you find the right eartip from the selection you end up w a good secure fit and good passive noise cancellation. Battery life is the best I've experienced and connection issues are very rare from my personal experience. The everyday earbuds are raycons entry level earbud product. I think the vast majority of non audiophile ordinary joes/janes would be pleased with the product. I even purchased some of their speaker products for myself and family members.

Bradley, great review! I bought my first set of earbuds less than six months ago. I have no idea how many tricks they can do; such tricks as there are generally come as an unwelcome surprise when I inadvertently touch them. I can now hear videos on my phone, and that's all I bought them for. I suspect all earbuds look pretty much alike, and mine, case and all, look quite similar to yours. I don't like the black, however, because they are a hassle to find in the dark. On the positive side, I was blown away by the sound quality, and at Walmart, they cost about 1/3 the price of yours. Can't complain! And an addendum! In the middle of your review, RU-vid broke in with a young lady pitching a "male enhancement" something or other. After your "D*#k Measuring" episode, it was quite a hoot.

I’ve used a lot of different earbuds over the years from inexpensive to stupidly overpriced and never found a pair I loved. I’m very active at work and in my other activities as well so needed a pair that had good sound quality and wouldn’t fall out. I bought a pair of inexpensive JLab Go Air Sports 4 years ago for around $30 from Best Buy that have worked great. They get abused and have held up well. I got a new pair about a year ago when the first pair seemed to not hold a charge as well but they needed retired anyway. Would be great if you gave an update after Working and working out in these. I just got mine and the left ear bud hold function isn’t working but the right ear does

Im about as far away from an apple fan boy as you can get, but for 20 bucks more you can get the gen2 air pods. I've never been able to find a pair of ear buds that fit when it comes to those changeable ear pieces. They always work themselves out of my ears. Nice review but I'll stick with the air pods because of the great fit I get from them.

If you don't necessarily need wireless, you can get absolutely bonkers sound quality from wired IEMs now. Something like the Kiwiears Cadenza or Tin T2's, both under $80, will stomp anything wireless in terms of SQ. Throw in a decent dongle and you're all set. I hate wireless buds unless it's for listening to podcasts while I'm outside, but that's only because I'm a crazy person who lugs a phone-sized amp/dac to power headphones when I'm in my office.

I think the sound and volume could be a little better but everything else is good. Too bad there's no app for what you pay.

Do they leak audio? Like do other people hear my music
