A quick progress update for the Rayman Legends Fan DLC. There is quite a bit of work left, so please be patient!
▶︎ Help needed from artists!
Some costumes ported from Rayman Adventures, Mini and Fiesta Run lack certain sprites that are required for costumes from Rayman Legends. This includes the duck forms, back-light sprites (which show how lighting affects the character), UI icons... If I ever want to release this mod, I can't recreate all of those by myself. And so, I would like to ask for help from the community.
Every person who contributes in any significant way will be credited inside the mod itself! 👀

i cant create stuff but i got a idea [NAME] its a rayman called rayracer [LOOK] he has white boots red trouses a red and white shirt with a red helmet [DESCRIPTION] his description will be this racer was invited to a halloween party but came to the glade off dreams instead to become an awseome hero but forgot to change his clothes [HERO DANCING] his dance for the painting when u unlock him is putting one arm at his shoulder and the other at his other shoulder and he swaping then side to side every second [ICON] his icon for trophys will be him with his visor down winking

Can you make the Dark Teensy have a hat? You could also give him purple-colored attacks since he has some.

@@Skypatroller_BenCD 2:44 Speaking of Origins, i would like to point out that the teensy with the green outfit is the only playable character that didn't return in Legends, so it's nice they included the poor little guy.. (The golden teensy wasn't good enough)

@@Skypatroller_BenCD True.. but the Grand minimus actually returns in the ending of Rayman Origins, soo yeah.. That also explain why he is one of the character you can play early in Legends.

I'm looking forward for your mod! You included so many skins! Excited to see the levels as well! By the way, they closed the Rayman Adventures servers a month or 2 ago. I can't hatch eggs and go to another world since then so I'm stuck in wild wild east. Your mod will allow old Rayman Adventures and Mini players to experience those games and new players to experience those for the first time. Anyway, I'm excited for the next updates and I think it looks great so far!

DUDE THIS IS JUST A MASTERPIECE! Even though I'm not an artist, but I would like to somehow help promote this dlc (and also I did not expect that you added a little teensy- but it's very nice) I know that this dlc is not finished yet, BUT MY DESIRE TO PLAY IT APPEARED And I also give you a mini idea for a new skin, or rather .. adding that same Rayman goth from Rayman rabbid rabbids or something like that- Forgive me if I wrote with errors, I just use a translator (I don't know English well)

Wow just stumbled across this and it is amazing this dlc looks great and can’t wait to play and I was just wondering if there would be challenges in this dlc if not it will still be a very good dlc but I think having new challenges would make it even better

sadly, no its a mod so its only for pc unless we find a way to mod it on other platforms

@@ImWry I agree, I've actually only finished Rayman Legends on Xbox 360 and PS4 myself. But I don't have any way of running mods on those consoles (so I can't even test anything) and I don't think most people do anyway. It would be great if Ubisoft created something like this that was official, but it's been 10 years since the original release so sadly it's not happening. :(

Wow! Today is a great day! First i watched Koopakungfu and now AN UPDATE!! I CANT WAIT FOR THE DLC! I hope it also features the incrediballs edit: judging by the video i think its 80% complete

@@Mr.ForgeMan yeah they just make the game slightly easier. They're not necessary. There are 3 types of incrediballs (at least in Rayman Adventures): first type acts like a magnet, 2nd type finds hidden stuff in the level (cages and big coins) and 3rd type acts like an extra shield. They look cool but aren't very useful since you can beat all the levels without them even in Rayman Adventures.

also, I've got a dumb, but nostalgic idea, a copy hero portrait! it would be for co op if people wanna play as the same hero you're playing as! for starters I saw a glitch where two people were playing as Funky Ray, I honestly don't know how the glitch happened but hey, I'm cool with glitches like that ^^

Will there be localization in this fan-dlc in the future? UPD: I read on the forum, maybe it will be but not in all languages, only that were localized by ubisoft in their games, or a guy who will help

Add a damn hat for dark teensy. You can just take the sprites of the teensy king and put a hat instead of a crown.

Dear Byvar, thank you for this great mod. I want to ask you something; please, can you make an optional version to install only Rayman Legends heroes (all exclusive Rayman Legends heroes)? I dont want to install other Rayman games heroes skin and especially i dont want to install all those teensy skins, i want to install only Rayman Legends exclusive heroes (ray plumber, funky ray, splinter ray etc...). Please make a version about this; and if you can, please make all heroes are selectable in the installing so we can choose any hero that we want to install.

It would be very nice of you, if you could release a separate mod with character gallery, that has all of the platform exclusive skins, because now the only way to play those on PC is to replace existing skins.
