Its a sign of great musicianship when you forget what or who is playing but instead get lost in the music. Beautiful job boys

The great music of Fernando Sor often filled with the sadness of his life as an exile from his homeland and then his bright and gay pieces.What a great contribution he made to both the lovlieness of the Guitar and its repertoire.

Great duet playing .I wonder would John or Raymond have the Sarabande by G.F.Handel in their repertoire. It is played most wonderfully by Andres Segovia here on youtube...

It used to be the way it was taught - check videos of Segovia playing, or even more extreme, Ida Presti. The intention was to get the fingers at right-angles to the strings. Now it is no longer taught as it does cause damage to the hand and it is not necessary - see videos by Julian Bream or John Williams in contrast or even John Feeley on this video.
