Buy one at Walmart with cigarette lighter and cut ends and hook up clips also at Walmart for cheep. Positive is tip of lighter smash it or take apart and hook it up to clips.

You have to get one hand under the boat and one pushing on the floor. Don't fill with to much air. I fill one side with some air and put board in. Put air in other side and install board as it fills up with air. Pushing on top and bottom of boat. It takes practice.
