Razer headset or device not showing up in synapse 3.0 FIX!!!!(2023)

Absolute legend! My Synapse settings didn´t do anything or they didn´t change the sound quality. I contacted the support three times and they could not fix anything, but this did!

I think you could also turn off razer synapse autostart in the autostart tab in the task manager, restart your computer and start synapse manually. I think it does the exact same thing

I just updated synapse and everything worked as expected, i just bought a razer blackwidow tournament edition v2 and it worked straight away. Now i can have my fancy light show lmao

Had a hard time with Razer Kraken Tournament Edition not being detected (and THX audio did not work either) and this solved it. The numerous driver uninstalls and installs did not work, and reinstalling synapse, and restarting a bunch of times. And this simpe thing worked? WTF? Thanks pal.

still doesnt work for me i uninstalled the drivers and they didn't reinstall and now the headset wont connect to anything and it none of the support razer gives helps because I end up getting an error

I had this exact same problem with my mousepad, this method also worked but i found it easier to just delete razer synapse and reinstalll the software and that also worked. thanks for the help

This worked for my Kraken v3 pro I just purchased yesterday. I think I am going to return them as it is very disheartening to see this has been an ongoing issue for over 3 years and still an issue today. I have 3 other Razar products that work flawlessly with synapse and wanted to replace my Corsair headset as to have all Razar products. Really a shame as I do like the Kraken when it is loaded into synapse.

How about non-Razer, non-wireless devices? Synapse is meant to let you use THX audio with any device I believe. It doesn't even work for me with an old headset attached via 3.5mm jack. I don't get the audio tab at all.

i got the blackshark v2 X headset synapse doesn't detect it. i checked razer website i think it's not supported in the razer synapse. does anyone have the same problem?

The first method still works on 8. November 2020. Strange that the app has an "exit all apps" button that doesn't even completely restart synapse

I need help I really do I have the razer blackshark v2 x and my headset is not getting detected on razer synpase 3 or 2 and I really wanna use the 7.1 surround sound and I threw away the activation code because I didint know so I was wondering if theres anyway to get my computer to detect my headset, I ve all the steps but dont work plss help meee.

at the beginning when you clicked the [x] it didn't actually close, it just minimized it. That's why it didn't show.
