Do u know when they will restock the mice? I really want to get one but there website says they are sold out and I haven’t seen anything on Amazon regarding the mini
Yea, not sure about this mouse lol. Im sure maybe the first batch will be bought up by rich kids thinking they can get a return on their investment by selling them for 500$ or something but no person in their right mind is going to actually be buying these. Nothing even special about it. Huge holes, still 4k (not even noticeable), 49 grams while being metal? If your going to have all those holes put some in the bottom of the mouse too? 49 grams isnt anything special especially for a small mouse. This will flop, theres just so many better options. Finalmouse atleast had a niche going for it aka its weight.
I would 100% but will be impossible to get with the services they have out nowadays that these guys pay $100 a month for to bot snipe stuff like this and then sell it for a big profit.
People dragged zowie then this haha 😂 let’s see the backlash for razed as they took just as long as zowie to do this. Imma wait as people playing favourites right now sounding real quiet on how dumb a pricing this is.
@@libcabe they need the warranty because of the shotty build quality that they provide, I wouldn't really care of the warranty if the mouse had good QC.
@@oshi313 We have legal warranty where I live, meaning if a product doesn't last as long as it would be supposed to with regular use, you get a replacement or refund. No questions asked, no need to pay for extra warranty.
I really think that this version of the mouse was kind of meant for a showpiece, not as an esports design, because they already said that they were going to have a plastic version as well.
$280 is crazy for a mouse that you could of got for $40 in its previous version but it is the signature series hopefully other editions are more reasonable...nice vid
@@Val_Smith 4K dongle is $30 it's ok but mouse price too much high!! At least $150-$180 is ok for that butw they are limited edition and for limited person too!! Most of the general people cann't afford this.
Am I the only person that likes larger skates? Much more stable and glide is more consistent. Aim feels better as well. I prefer one piece skates like the g pro wireless ect or old mini
The Hati-S 4K is pretty much the Viper Mini shape, but better palm contact and control. Not sure why someone would pick the Viper Mini Ultimate over it, especially at almost double the price.
I have massive hands and have never held a viper mini in my life. I got mine today and I was shocked how good it feels in my hand. I had convinced myself it was going to be way too small for me. I was wrong. Is it worth $300? No but it's one of a kind and feels fantastic. Besides having the best performance on the market
Would've been happy with a wireless version with great skates 50-60 weight and amazing sensor. The open body probably won't feel great to me I can already tell.
Been waiting for this. The viper mini for 40 was goated, hard shell, crispy buttons easily mvp. But 280, for this? Nope. I'm not even excited for the next models.
Thanks for going into so much detail on the build section. I appreciated the coverage of the molding process because I think that it is important to know how the things I buy are made.
…literally a shell if it’s former self! Couldn’t of said it better 😅 As a mouse enthusiast, I still want one but let’s see. The hype is very real and the drop will be wild 🔥
This release is a spit in the face of thousands of budget conscious gamers around the world who have grown to love the Viper mini for what it is: an excellent mouse with a great shape for an affordable price. I'm still waiting for the influencer who has the spine and courage to address this. If you buy this mouse, you're contributing to allowing companies to pull this kind of shameless move on their audience.
I don't understand why we got a cobra 😞 instead of a plastic wireless viper mini. The viper mini has 21k reviews on amazon with a 4.7 star rating. The viper V2 pro has 2k reviews with a 4.2 rating. I don't understand their market strategy.
magnesium is cool and all but doesn’t really warrant them to charge 280!! they could of charged like 180 or even 200 and i’d consider it but considering
Does anyone know if the mouse buttons are also magnesium alloy, or is it plastic like the other versions of Viper? Asking because for that price, it would be a shame if it starts to develop some shiny spots (smoothening out of the plastic texture over time due to rubbing with finger) over time / with use. I know functionally, it doesn't really matter / there is grip tape, but for something that is quite clearly as much a collectible as much as a functional tool, it would be nice if that part wouldn't look worn out as easily.
People saying this will flop don’t understand the high end mouse market at all! They don’t care about the price tag only owning what others cannot especially if it’s limited (Finalmouse)
man if my sound was all the way up that bass may have hurt lol its clipping @ 33% volume. this mouse tho looks clean i was thinking of something that was holed out to make it light and here it is. i got none of that extra stuff minus stickers with my basilisk ultimate. magnesium theres the price dang
The viper mini is not good for fingertip, largely because of that outward front flare. At 6:26, grip the mouse further at the front so that your fingers can easily reach the scroll wheel. the mouse instantly becomes uncomfortable.
how can you get your razer synapse to work with valorant vanguard? Valorant vanguard always breaks my razer synapse, making my razer peripherals undetected unless I got valorant and vanguard uninstalled.
Love your honest reviews man, I don't really like the signature version and I find that Razer really butchered the Viper Mini on this release, they tried too hard to give us something impressive, but they f'd up and it came off as lazy and uncreative.
If you like the SHAPE, SENSOR P, GOOD BATTERY. Yeah, it's pricey, but if it makes you happy, and you use it often, why not go buy it. It's good in mental to be happy, too, right? As long you can afford it or you have extra money.
Kind of hope they come out with a medium version. The regular viper is just so wide and flat and the original mini was tiny. I think a lot of people would like something in between.
I don't think you're being too hard on it, fair criticism really. So it's a collectors edition mouse and that's why it won't hit certain points from an enthusiast standpoint. Will be interesting to see those other versions. Great video as always!
Hey I have viper mini I used it for around 6 months and my hands are used to it very well My aim went crisp with it but I have sold it to my frnd and instead of buying it again I was thinking to upgrade to orochi v2 one little question I play valorant only with claw grip on viper mini and I am also gonna use claw on orochi v2 as well but how does claw grip feels on orochi in comparison to viper mini shapewise and consistency wise Do I have to invest a lot in orochi to get best results which I achieved on viper mini I have to choose only one and cannot return so have to decide wisely.
Been waiting for this review and this mouse. Been using a viper mini from the first batch of vm's (I did cable mod it tho). I personally fingertip grip so idc about the holes. But that price tag is crazy. I'd be ok with max $200. However, $280 is too much. I will just have to wait a bit longer ig.
Way too heavy everyone expected the 30 something gram weight range the whole point of magnesium and holes was to make the walls of the mouse thinner than they could with plastic while retaining rigidity and using less material to make it light weight
Honestly for me personally the viper is a fingertip mouse, it’s too small for anything else. With that being said there are significantly lighter and cheaper fingertip move on the market
Mz1 at 40 grams kills this mouse. That said, the Viiper Mini WIRED has solid strong build quality, if they just made it out of the same V2 Pro shell and made it $200 and 43grams I'd buy.
Everyone's been shitting on FM for charging so much for their Starlight-12 for a year now. People seem to forget that manufacturing mice out of magnesium is expensive, case in point look at Razer charging more than even FM.
So, the upgrades it has over the Viper V2 Pro are, being 10 grams lighter and having included glass skates, which is minimal compared to the price difference of $ 130. You could buy an extra mouse for that price difference. I am also pretty sure that most of that $ 280 price tag goes into that fancy carrying case.
