Lugia but Salazar has invisible body parts on him and his ship BENDS UPWARDS the only reason why he died was because the trident was broken and he turned back to normal also he can run on water...I see why Davy Jones is cool but I don’t get why u think Salazar isn’t...and yes the Flying Dutchman was a real legend but there was definitely real ghost pirate legends.

Okay, so. Why the hell did pirates waste this guy on a single movie. Captain Salazar's vibe is amazing, why not give him greater necromancy powers, as he sails and scourges the seven seas taking out the greatest pirates one by one. This guy needs a pirates series.

He was a villain who wanted all the pirates gone by any means necessary. Having privateers aid him as plot twists, him committing crimes against privateers who he theorized were helping pirates, etc.

@@pyrobandicoot2144That's basically the point. He is generic villain who just wants to kill pirates regardless of whether they were actually a threat or not. Where's the creativity in that? How does that make him any better than the pirates? The only emotion he feels is hatred and revenge, no mercy or humility. Essentially what I'm gettiing at is that he has no personality.

One of the astral key factor i loved about salazar is his in-depth lore behind his death which technically turns out to be real which is that even when he came back to life his whole body, including hair, clothes and rest of the stuff is still levitating as if they are still drowning in the water. Genius and mind-blowing character ever sketched down!!!

I love the apocalyptic feel you gave to the original song I can literally smell Salazar's vengeance in this piece and I love how this song fits Salazar because he can't be held down by his watery grave

The only thing scarier than a pissed off ghost pirate looking for vengeance is a pissed off ghost pirate looking for vengeance specifically against YOU. Figures that Barbossa, who was once a ghost pirate himself, was the one to finally lay him to rest. Like him or not, Salazar was a freaking badass!

Man of Disney Oh yeah, that's right, he was a Spanish Royal Navy captain. His dad and grandfather were killed by pirates which made him hunt pirates as vengeance, I remember now.

in the movie version his father was killed by pirates but in the novel salazar killed him because his father was a traitor who allowed himself to be bribed by the very pirates he was suppose to bring to justice. He wasnt executed for it because back then the wife of a traitor paid for his crimes even if she didnt know about it. In which she died. His father only got thrown in jail for like a year after which he came home to angry Armando who stabbed him to death. His grandfather isnt mentioned at all in the novel only in the film.

They should have made 2 movies with Salazar. In the first movie, Jack is on the run and found a way to defeat Salazar in the end. In the second Jack is gonna find the means to defeat Salazar.

Well, I'm a big fan of Man in Black, and I do not really like remixes of Johnny's songs. But this version - it’s just great and epic! nicely done! In addition, I think this song is very suitable for "Pirates of the Caribbean" - and not only to this one film, but to the entire series.
