I fuck with scooter culture heavy even though I’m a skateboarder . I remember when skating first started everyone called us outcast, losers, punks etc , now it’s very clean cut and considered “cool” . Scootering gets that same hate and rep like skated did when it first started . All in all , fuck you if you don’t understand it . Respect it for what it is .
@@denimanemone I don’t see how pointing out modernizing techniques and stylistic choices that I saw growing up and haven’t seen used recently does that. But if you feel the pathetic need to gatekeep skate culture by all means keep acting like a Fucking clown🤡
Skating in J4's with ridiculously spiked hair wasn't skate culture in anytime period except now. Go watch some 411VM for an accurate look of the golden era.
RIP Vincent.his whole crew is the coolest fucking thing that could ever happen to the culture.bad ass style bad ass life style bad ass music and bad ass hammers
There is plenty out there. search up the coalition videos, specifically the winner team for coalition v3. But there’s also so much more out there, the “this is scootering” comp/videos are literally insane, every team blows my mind away, USA, Australia, europe, it’s all wild asf
Check Russian scooter guys: Kostya Kozlov, Elisey Zubenko, Vlad Shishov, Anton Gorshkov, Ilya Fayzulin, Nikita Rusakov. Or just watch street channels: PROTO, TRUST, TILT, Alpha Omega and more. If you liked this dude, then I think you will like these too))
skooter guys are fucking sick. there's this one guy in my city was always quite at the park but he rips so hard, i always give him props, even if i look like a goof cause no one else does. one time he asked me to wax a ledge cause he didn't want people to see him, the skooter guy wax it. i was like fuck yeah i got you buddy.
@@zionelle1641 nah he prob didn’t want the skaters to get mad at him for waxing the ledge too crazy or something … which is kinda stupid but whatever ..
As a skateboarder. Which im sure alot of scooter homies also are. I'm impressed with the persistence your community has...as much as we rip into you guys...you're still pushing the scooter culture, to the point where I've accepted it as "that's alright with me"...don't get it twisted though...if I bump into one of yall at the skate park...it's hands. That ender is heavy...has anyone been able to flip one of these things...sideways rotation into a grind?
@Liz Nonabiz I suppose tolerance is key...after all...I started off a scooter kid...that's how I was actually introduced to skateboarders and skateboarding, there were two of us and so many of them that me and my homie switched sides. You're right...guns down.
@@iheelnaturally4557 just watched it...absolutely 🍌 🍌 🍌 🍌...I remember that one kid who back flipped El Toro and rolled away looking like he'd have back problems for life...but this Linky guy...that's mad.
love that your showing the world what scootering really is and that we’re not just a bunch of lame ass razor scooter kids we got a culture and backstory to video was so sick keep it up💯💯💯
I remember doing this in middle school with homies all the time. Imma have to try this again but I feel like i’ll break ot considering my height and weight lmao
Nah it still ain’t cool. Cooler than the normal stuff but something about the bar being so thin makes it look weird, like they need to make some chonky scooters and it would look dope
I love that you guys put on for scootering, but this guy has put out a pretty racist statement on his IG story previously lol. This vid was a lot better than his IG clips tho ngl.
I respect the skill of scootering and I can understand that it would be fun and have following.. just looks yucky. it’s hard to emulate style the riders body is so robotic and stiff compared to skating. But do whatever makes you feel good 👊
