Thats what I thought, bad gate or springs are tangled up. Strange

It's the intake manifold that's the issue. The head itself has larger open inlet ports with a sharper recessed divider, along with solid lifters and vct. Compared to silvertop rb20de/t with small split round ports and hydraulic lifters. Duel runner intake y pipe is restrictive, the y pipe has a valve inside for low rpm long runner operation and high rpm short runner. It's only good for economy and emissions. Then the 6 intake manifold runners themselfs bolt to a plate that has a 'swirl flap' in each port, again for emissions and economy. These flaps are a joke of a restriction. The intake ports on the head are large and open so that the flaps can open up into them. Exhaust side is identical to rb20/25det etc.

I though only juice and Milk came in 2L? 😅
