An aspect of university life connected with magnificent bengoli culture.Greetings from an ex-student of rabindra Bharati.Prof.Ranjith fernando,University of Visual and Performing Arts.Colombo,Sri Lanka
Essence of magnificent university life (once I happened to experience myself) and soul of an aspect of distinctive Bengali culture have been nicely captured. Thank you Pratyay for reminding me of my good old days at R.B.U. Professor Ranjith Fernando-Department of ethnomusicology-Faculty of Music-University of the visual and performing arts-colombo 7-Sri Lanka.
Unlike other places where people have created mere Epitaphs of great personalities, Bengal has preserved Thakur bari/RBU as a living entity. These are lucky students. Wonderful.
Thank you for warm reply and cordial welcome but the problem s being Pakistani the Indian govt would never issue me study visa else I have heartiest desire to study in the university... :-(
