I get this comment a lot. From parking my car in the parking lot to set up and ready to play takes me about 14 minutes. That's load in. Set up. Soundcheck. Titling the stream. Setting up the camera angle for the livestream. Etc. 14 minutes when I'm rushing. I give myself plenty of time and usually am not in a big rush. Breakdown I've done in under 10 a couple times but usually takes me 12 minutes or so. Efficiency of setup and breakdown are what I have the most pride in.
