Thanks for the review. I have the newer panzer lll and not happy with the gun elevation. It grinds. Do you have any video materials on taking apart the turret. Thank you
The panzer III L must be waayyyy tooo old. No sound, no smoke, bad plastic quality if I remember correctly and its electronics are even before the crystal ones. I remember I had a heng long Panther G (in gray) with the same electronics years ago....
just bought the tauch panzer, first rc tank :) definitely a learning experience because all my experience comes from rc planes and such though. but in my opinion i cant really recommend it as i dont have it since i have to wait 1-2 weeks shipping so ill probably come back to this after 1-3 days with the tank. also being a tauch panzer ill probably waterproof the internals just to drive it down at my local creek. also, can you buy the batteries separately and/ or with a charging bay for them?
Amazon or your local hobby shop might have batteries for the tank. With the newer heng long tanks I have read that you can hot glue a bag around the Tks board and you should be fine. The Grey panzer III didn’t come with a tks unit. More like a big board that screwed to the side so on that one I had to make the entire thing water proof. (Highly I recommend not doing that)
I have the panzer 3 desert colored. When turning on the tank along with my remote, the sound doesn’t go off when it connects with the remote. Everything else works but the sound. Has it happened to you? If so how did you fix it?
I had that problem but I will be honest, I still haven't fixed it. A new tks board would probably fix it. Maybe try unplugging and plugging back in you speaker to the board inside the tank.
Tbh this is just comparing old to new. If you'd buy the Pz. III L now you'd get exactly the same as you would with the desert one. So tbh just go for which one you like more because apart from the looks, everything's the same
The panzer lll N (the one with the short 75) wasn’t put into production until 1942, the Hitler abandoned operation sea lion on September 17, 1940. The desert one is a ausf H, the grey one appears to be a ausf J, the difference being the ausf H had a shorter barrel than the ausf J
You say that the Germans wanted to drive this tank to the North Sea to England with a snorkel??? you know that the North Sea is between 90 and 700meter deep??? (or almost 0.40 miles) please do some research before making this videos
Anyone thinking about buying a henglong tank, DONT BUY ONE. Henglong is honestly complete garbage. It's so bad I wouldn't take a henglong tank even if it was free. The build quality is non existent, went through 2 7.0 boards 1 smoke generator and 1 turret motor with in 3 months of owning it. Like an idiot I bought another one and that one had a burnout smoke generator fan from factory and the bb function would not work. Sold the abrams and the bulldog for $25 for both, so glad those pos's are gone.
Absolutely right.. Heng Long has good quality and bad problems 50:50 like gacha. Some people say the quality of the latest Heng Long is better than before like TK6.0 but not a few people complain because the quality is not good, there are some defective products when out of the box, smoke generators that die quickly, speakers that can't handle high volume, chassis that splits on the full metal version. I started wanting to buy a second Heng Long after my first Heng Long died 7 years ago, I was very upset because most stores only continue to provide RC Heng Long RTR but are not accompanied by abundant spare parts so if it breaks, I have no choice but to buy a new RC..
