Essential RC great video, once again you hit it out of the park!
Awesome video. Take offs, a couple fly-bys on each plane and landings. Not 15 minutes of black dots in the sky and 10 minutes of trying to hand start planes! Good job.
Thanks Chris. We try to make all our compilations a good general mix of action unlike other channels. Several others we published over Christmas so please take a look. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
Great video. P-51 Galloping Ghost Reno Racer with Kolm power is absolutely awesome! Sounds like a true Merlin with its low grass cutting flybys. Almost like being @ the Reno Unlimiteds itself!
Omfg that dc3 that is soooooooo sick. all of them are very nice! props (haha get it) to the corsair for the wings! and those jugs! I'm not a thunderbolt guy but I think I could be if I had one of those. 2 things my lightning's are always AWOL sad to say. And if some one could make a Jericho siren for a stuka that would be insane.
0:47 I can imagine how it would feel to be a German soldier during wartime and seeing thousands of B17's fly overhead before the sounds of detonating bombs echo all around.
Just so happens it turned out to be a Moki dominated compilation. Not my intention honest but no surprise really. It's the default engine for any large scale Warbird it seems. Have a good Christmas Oliver! Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
One of many Christmas gifts Jos buddy. I'm working on the next one already ! Have a great Christmas and all the best for 2018 my friend. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
Any RC aircraft over 20KG in weight needs to be inspected and flight tested through the UK Civil Aviation Authority's (CAA) scheme operated by the Large Model Association. Not done that myself but suspect I will in the next few years. I suspect FAA in US have same type of scheme. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
Interesting question. I could do that but then that would result in a lot of motion blur on the models unless I was very good at tracking/panning. I'll def try some next year. I use 1/2000 generally so will try a few scale warbirds at 1/1000 when I get a chance. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
So what's the deal with the first B-17? It's either an E or an F model and they both had a ball turret. This model doesn't. The remote turret on the E was less noticeable but this one has nothing at all.
These are some amazing planes but why do some builders when they go to all the trouble of making an accurate reproduction use the wrong propellers? Most of the original planes had 3 or 4 bladed props.
could you tell me if the guy is selling the world war 1 biplane on ebay the guy at 9:47? And I will tell you why I want my mom to buy that because I want to create a thing where I can jump into it and control it and have a couple of tree bombs because of #teamtrees
