Disregarding how this video style has aged like a fine cheese, It's impressive to see how well these RCs made it up this hill. At one of the perspective shots, you can clearly see just how tall and steep this hill is.
the video was great.... but that music killed it for me. think it would have been better to hear the natural sounds of the cars climbing the hill. and hearing the cheers and shit.... but great vid and great cars......
Thanks for the nice words!! Please everyone, rate our video!! This will let us know if all you guys want to see more! To answer your ? codose, ANYTHING gas rc will cost you $300-$500 dollars min. new! Ebay has deals less than that but be careful!! Anything off-road tends to be a little more! And it's a sharp learning curve as far as tuning and overall upkeep! But once you get comfortable with it there's nothing quite like it!! You'll have a BLAST!!
My brushless Kyosho Truggy will take a hill of this grade with almost no effort. You just can't beat a low CG+unlimited power+4x4... And it ain't so noisy! Looked like a blast with the Rustler! Great Vid 5 Starz!
WOW what a cool vid! my fav is the wannabe hpi 5b that was a t-maxx rear with a custom front the last t-maxx is messed up ( yellow wheels, purple body, red chassis) good old 1990's traxxas and hpi battle!!!!
Keep checking back!! We'll have our second part out soon and let me tell you, you won't want to miss it! Let us know when the Warhead video gets put on cause I've been wanting to see one of those monsters run!!
loving the video. just wish there was some sweet hills to climb like that in Cambridge (UK). i'm thinking of getting a Losi Aftershock and challenging my mate's to a hill climb. we have a few chalk pits that could prove interesting.
hey, i know i probablly wouldnt make that, but i juyst bought a traxxas nitro sport, is that a solid unit? thanks, im a noob. i already killed a evader st, and some smartech carp, thanks.
WOW nice vid. I like the hill but yall should try to climb some of the hills here in NC. The first buggy looking thing is custom built. I can tell it has an E/T Maxx rear and maybe a rustler or somthing similar for the front. Nice looking Savage with the yellow cuda body.
What type of car is the one with the roll cage, I saw an olschool one probablly almost 30 years old sitting in this hobbie shop all dusty that resembled it.The one I saw had a gas engine about a weed wacker size, and a chain drive.
BOC is perfectly fine for hill climbing... Think of the era in which it got really big. And I have no idea what's up with the bad comments, this video is awesome!
(part 2) suspension. Because when you land, it will just jump back like the 1st try. It flipped backwards. Oh yeah, Kenny. Don't put too much speed. When entering the hill, slow down a bit THEN go for the kill. Don't rely on the speed. Rely on the terrain. Remember, the more bumps, the more jumps,
nice vid guys. amazing job. I have a question though. this is for anyone to answer. I'm looking for a decent monster truck or buggy, for a price of 250 or 300, any suggestions? engine doesnt matter as long as i can eventually change it to either a hyper .21 or a good .28 soo if you could give me a couple suggesstions that'd be greatly appreciated, thanks for the help.
